Special family birthday get together
Spacious clean accommodation with plenty of furniture and utensils. Large dining table, two lounges were brilliant so the children had their own space. Seating outside, welcome basket, tips and information, tranquility, lots of parking space.
Only one main bathroom, kettle lid broken (would not open), blinds instead of curtains in bedrooms (too much light)

A fantastic stay in a beautiful house in a wonderful location.
Beautiful rural location and a very well-appointed house with everything one could need for a family or large group stay. The dining table was laid out immaculately for our arrival, which was a lovely surprise and the welcome basket of Welsh foods was much appreciated. The instruction folder covered everything we needed to know and the property had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
The internet reception upstairs is not great but one has to accept that this is part of rural life. It would have been good to have had some more plug sockets in the upstairs bedroom, but this is not a big issue.

Beautiful location and lovely cottage with great surroundings, 30 mins drive from any beech location in north Wales which we explored. Dog friendly also with plenty of outdoor space and a little visit from tommy helped. Well be visiting again thank you
