Holland House has been our Go-To property for several years when visiting relatives in the area. We always enjoy the home made bread the hosts made for us. The Penthouse room was clean and well maintained. Communication was timely and courteous and they made us feel very welcome. Thank you again to Roger and Gaye.

The House is well presented outside and has nice gardens. There is outside seating, each unit has it's own personality. Good lighting at night We were in the ground floor studio with Kitchen facilities. We had fresh bread, tea and coffee and milk provided which was so nice to come into after a long journey.
We felt it was just tired, needed a bit of a lick of paint. The cleanliness was not quite at the standard of other places we have stayed (we stay in about 15 cottages and Air BNB's a year) The bedding and duvet pillows felt old and a bit dirty, The bed wasn't that comfy. The bathroom wasn't 100% clean either, but just because of age related wear more than not being cleaned.
