It was an absolute gem. This place is a 15-20 minute walk from New Brighton train station, there are many local shops, restaurants and takeaways on the main road and a straight 5 minute down the road walk to the beach from the apartment. We stayed in the penthouse and it was such a tranquil, spotless space, with views to the beach and Liverpool. With a bonus little balcony. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating and this is definitely a great recommendation.

Good size apartment in a good location. The baked bread was a lovely touch and delicious.
It was quite tired and run down in places. Damp patches on the ceilings, quite dusty / cobwebs, and stains on sofa cushions. which I wouldn’t expect for the cost of the apartment.
