The apartment was impeccable, so large and roomy, main bedroom is HUGE! loads of storage. The kitchen was kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The views over the Mersey were magnificent. Towels and toiletries provided in the bathroom. Everywhere so clean, which is the most important for me. We had some lovely welcome treats from the owners. Lovely carpets throughout. The entrance hall is lovely, and large.
The railway station is just round the corner so we took in a trip to Liverpool.
It's a perfect location to enjoy all the amenities of New Brighton.
I have already recommended to my family and friends and will definitely stay there again if going to that area.
One thing to bear in mind for anyone with limited abilities are the steps up to the apartment, although it wasn't a problem for this 74 year old.
It has a lovely garden, and parking for 2 cars.
The owner, Ken, was very good in responding to my messages very quickly. Can't praise the apartment enough. Our 7 and 9 year old absolutely loved it.

Location is great, views are fantastic, and the apartment is warm and comfortable, and all the rooms are big. Great shower! Ken is very responsive and helpful, also flexible about check out time. We planned to cook, rather than go out and hadn't realised there's no oven, or freezer. There is a hob and a microwave. This didn't affect our stay, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ken!
