Perfect for a family .

Great location. Driveway for parking. A few mins walk from train station. Spacious apartment. Good views.

What a find!

Location is great, views are fantastic, and the apartment is warm and comfortable, and all the rooms are big. Great shower! Ken is very responsive and helpful, also flexible about check out time. We planned to cook, rather than go out and hadn't realised there's no oven, or freezer. There is a hob and a microwave. This didn't affect our stay, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ken!

We travelled to New Brighton to visit family and friends. We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Ken's spacious apartment. From the get go, Ken was the most responsive host with meticulous attention to detail and more then willing to go the extra mile. I needed ask a few questions and the response to them was prompt and positive. There was a welcome pack on arrival with something for everyone including halloween sweets for our daughter. In the bathroom there were complimentary toiletries to use as well which was great as we arrived late and didn't need to unpack ours straight away. Ken was also very flexible with check in and check out. I previously have been a customer service manager for 30 years for a high profile company and was impressed with Ken's warm reception and hospitality.. We hope to go back early next year. Thank you Ken :)

Brilliant apartment. Great host.

What a wonderful apartment. Great communication from the host. We were able to park up earlier than check-in so we could enjoy our time in the city. The apartment is spacious, clean and has brilliant facilities. Everything is considered and made for a wonderful stay. The welcome gifts were much appreciated. We will definitely be returning.

Very convenient and everything we needed in the apartment.

Ken took 20 minutes to sort everything out. Although it was near 10 o'clock on us booking as there was a terrible mix up with the booking we had made with another accomodation he got everything ready for us.

Amazing place

Absolutely beautiful place and the views are amazing. Ken is an amazing man leaving a welcome not and some drinks. Also sending a message to say if we needed anything to just message and he would come and sort it straight away. Absolutely fantastic
