This house has 3 bedrooms & 2 Receptions including a dining room with table for six. This spacious house has a separate family bathroom with bath tub and shower and a separate WC. The kitchen is separate and a cosy private garden is located to the rear of the property. Good transport links are also available to new Brighton beach, Central Park and Cherry Tree Shopping Centre.

booked this property, so that myself my partner, my daughter her partner and my granddaughter could spend a couple of days visiting my youngest daughter who lives in Wallasey. it was lovely and convenient for all what we needed, shop and takeaway at the end of the road. easy access into Liverpool. the house was spacious enough for us all ( at times 7 of us).

Property is OK overall except for slight damp smell when entering. some details need fixing: Front yard is a mess. Backyard is a mess, old carpet, cigarette ends (including flower pot on window sill full of old cigarettes)Neighborhood is not the best...trash in road and general clean up required.Anyone with mobility issues will struggle with steep staircase. On the positive side, only a short walk to wonderful promenade.
