A very convenient and spacious apartment which suited our party of 4 perfectly.

Great location - close to 3 other pubs. Great breakfast at Whynnstay Arms. No car parking but pointed in right direction to find a convenient spot. 2 refurbished shower rooms. Spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our needs. 4 golfers on tour.

Nobody on site to ask questions of eg couldn’t find bath towels initially. Perhaps more detailed messaging before/ upon arrival. On leaving , again, no info on what to do with keys. Pub closed!

Great spacious property with a friendly host

Host was in bar. She handed keys nicely, she gave us names of places to visit so she was there for anything.

I was helped where to park my car, I was provided all toiletries and towels even when she had mentioned that they don't provide towels and I had not read it.

We had a lovely stay, great value accomodation

Perfect location for us to get the the canal and aquaduct and to visit Llangollen. Parked car accross the road but side street a short walk away. Plenty of room in bedrooms, comfy beds, space to sit and watch tv/play cards in eve too.

shame no space to sit and eat together (a couple of bar stools in kitchen) but was aware of this when booking so not an issue for us.

Great stay

Good and spacey duplex apartment. Great for a group of 7 people. Loved it.

We were without wifi during our stay. We had to ask for the password which wasn’t provided when we checked it. But it didn’t work and wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Good thing we all had unlimited data plan on our mobile albiet the signal is not that strong all over snowdonia.

Really reasonably priced for 2 nights, hosts were accommodating. Good space for living. Beds comfy with ample space for the 7 of us.

The property said towels on its features/facilities/amenities but didn’t have enough for us, and when we asked for me we were told it was made clear on the booking that towels weren’t included (a detail I must have missed)! So perhaps that could be a little clearer?

Exceptional

The Vaults is at a great location, close to a lot of good places to see. The pub downstairs was lively with very friendly locals and good music. We got a small welcome basket of milk and bread which was well appreciated. Even the kids had fun, the rooms were large and spacious. We'd love to visit again.

perfect base for our weekend away

beds are super comfortable, huge apartment so was perfect for us being two families we had a bathroom for each family and plenty of beds!

we did find a few things needed tweaking the door to one of the bedrooms didn’t shut unless you slammed it really hard, most of the lamps didn’t have bulbs and remotes with no batteries!

We had a reunion for our Regiment and we found our stay very relaxing.

Very pleasant, very comfortable with accommodating hosts. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

We didn't have breakfast. But our hosts did leave some nice loaves of bread and biscuits, which was very thoughtful. Also regarding the wifi: the wifi was fine, it's just the password left on the checkin sheet was not the actual password. Someone from our team found the actual password in the bar. So, might be worth updating on the sheet. Otherwise Everything was great. Great space for our group of 6.

The best place for a group of 6-8 people visiting wales

The perfect place for a large family to stay with all the comforts of home. Everyone could have their privacy whilst in the same shared space. Would definitely stay there again!

Some of the lamps were not working, nor was the dryer in the kitchen, but we only had a short stay so we didn’t need them. I’m sure they would have been fixed if we had asked.

The Vaults

We initially booked 3 rooms but when we arrived were told that we could have the 4th aswell for no extra price. The place was amazing situated right above a very friendly pub where the locals were great. Have already booked again for next year

The only thing I could fault is the shower screen in the bottom bathroom needed a seal as when showering the water was hitting the floor other than that the place was amazing.

Amazing, couldn't have gone any better for us at all.

The host allowed us to have an earlier check in time due to having an event to attend as well as calling for a taxi there as we are not from Wales. Everything about the stay was lovely, even down to having a loaf of bread and a bottle of milk ready in your apartment for the next morning. The apartment is so spacious with your own private entrance. We will definitely be staying again sometime in the near future

Parking is a problem, no onsite Parking. There is the station carport 2 minutes walk away, but had no problem finding spaces on side roads.

Exceptional host and accomodation for our overnight stay

The host was excellent, the rooms were very clean and it was just a really great place to stay with the family. There were 4 of us, including a 9 month old (and the host sorted the travel cot for us!) and everyone had a nice time. He even was flexible with the days as we had to change things at the last minute.
