About this house rental

Semi-troglodyte cottage located in the heart of the Valley of the Kings, 5 minutes from Amboise (Nazelles-Négron, a small wine town with several troglodyte houses and private castles).

On the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom, living room, alcove with sofa bed, master bedroom (bed 160) and WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 140 and the other with 2 single beds), a separate bathroom + toilet.

Facilities: Induction hob, microwave, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV, BBQ and WIFI available.

The exterior consists of a high terrace with a 180 ° view over the Loire Valley and a large garden with espaliered trees, all facing south.

Possibility to park your car in a garage located 30m below the house.
Access to the house is by climbing a small hill since it is attached to the hill.

We had a wonderful time in this amazing big house. The view was priceless, and the host was very welcoming. The house was well equipped and had everything one might need and more. The short steep hill was not bad to walk since we only had one suitcase. The location was also perfect for us. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful and spacious house. Excellent communication. Great central place to visit the Loire. The garden was a nice surprise, with a great view just a short hike/walk up the property. We enjoyed peaceful eating outdoors too!

The house had a fantastic view across Amboise and very close to a bar and boulangerie. It was an excellent Base to explore the chateau. The only issue we felt needed mentioning was the lack of instruction about recycling and it should be mentioned if you are unfit/ physically limited there is a steep hill to walk up from the garage. We would recommend the gite. The Blackburn family

Juste en face d'Amboise, très beau gîte très bien équipé. Nos seuls regrets : n'y avoir passé que le week-end, et n'avoir pas pu profiter de la belle table sur la terrasse... On reviendra à une saison plus propice !

Beaucoup de place, très bien équipée, superbe terrasse avec vue sur Amboise et la vallée de la Loire, grand jardin, propriétaires sympas... tout est parfait, seul petit point les 30 derniers mètres à grimper sont un peu difficiles pour les retraités que nous sommes!

Excellent accueil du propriétaire. Le gîte est très bien entretenu et très bien équipé . La literie est excellente, ce qui est très important. Le soleil aidant, nous avons bien profité de la terrasse pour tous les repas. La vue sur la vallée de la Loire est superbe. Le soir, le vol des montgolfières est très agréable à suivre. Le jardin atypique est aussi très agréable . Le gîte est bien situé, l'accès à Amboise est rapide.Seul l'accès au gîte est pentu, mais lorsque l'on veut du semi-troglodytique il faut l'accepter. Cette location est fortement à recommander.

La maison à une vue magnifique sur la vallée de la Loire et Amboise. Elle est parfaite pour 8, très spacieuse, bien équipée, bien chauffée avec même du bois pour une petite flambée. Les hôtes sont disponibles pour se caler sur les horaires d'arriver et de départ et très sympathiques. Il ne faut pas hésiter à réserver la maison pour les excursions dans cette magnifique région.
