location. Very close to the castle and town centre. Excellent Host. He greeted us on our arrival and showed us the facilities around with great tips about Amboise.. Really appreciate his effort. Kitchen had all necessary utensils. We stayed in December and there was good heating in all rooms. There is no lift to the property, but that didnt bother us much. If i come back to Amboise, will stay in this house again..

THE LOCATION, IT IS JUST UNDER THE CASTLE. THE GREAT VIEW TO THE RIVER. THE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. THE FRIENDLY HOST WITH INFORMATION FOR ALL THE AREA.

ALTHOUGH THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN RENOVATED, THE BUILDING IS OLD, NEGLECTED AND SMELLY. THERE IS ONLY 1 SMALL TOILET FOR AN APARTMENT OF 8 PERSONS.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of Amboise, 2 minutes walk to the castle, the residence and museum of Leonardo da Vincie, the old town and a supermarket. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

The outside entrance to the property was not so attractive but the inside of the Appartement was lovely.

Great location. Jacky was nice. Good accommodations for my family of 8. one bathroom, two showers. Would stay here again.

Building front was not as advertised as shown in advertisement. No grass carpet or tables and chairs. Building address not on building, but a tiny number on gate. I was not accustomed to that, so it took me a little bit to find the place.

Great apartment with an awesome view in a perfect location.

Perfect location, close to town, awesome little apartment with comfortable bedding and a great view. We had 4 adults and a 2 year old and it was perfect size for us for holiday. The host was a great guy that met us on arrival, gave us the full run down. We we’re also there for Bastille day and had one of the best views in Amboise for the fireworks over the river, it was spectacular.

Lugging our heavy bags up three flights of stairs was hard work. The dishwasher had been removed as the host said it had been sent for repairs and there was a horrible smell coming from the kitchen sink, it may have been coming from the drain where the dishwasher outlet was. Also, there is a Bar directly below the apartment which stays open until very late, the windows are great for blocking out the sound but if it’s hot and you want the windows open for some fresh air like we did it sounds like people are drinking and carrying on in your living room.

La ubicación y la vista. El dueño muy claro en cómo llegar y entrar. Bien climatizado.

La limpieza, se nota que estaba con mucho polvo por una construcción en el techo pero podría haber hecho un aseo más profundo. Las camas estaban con ropa de cama limpias, las toallas limpias también, pero las almohadas podría renovarlas.

Déçu surtout pour un prix de 1300 euros la semaine.

La propreté n’était pas au top. J’estime que pour un prix de 1300 euros la semaine on peut espérer avoir un appartement propre, je ne parle pas de poussière mais de reste d’aliments sous la table, des toiles d’araignées un peu partout . Personnellement j’ai passé l’aspirateur pour me sentir mieux. Matelas pas confortable du tout. On entend trop les voisins du dessus surtout quand il marche ( ancienne maison donc plancher entend bois qui craque beaucoup ). Pour le coup nous avons écourté notre voyage de 3 jours parce que l’on ne dort vraiment pas bien.

A lakás egy utcára felszik az Amboise-i kastélytól, az ablakok feléből az egyik bástya látszik, a többiből pedig a Loire és gyakran hőlégballonok, amit a gyerekek imádtak nézni. Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes, van bolt, pékség és sok étterm 1-2 perc sétára. A lakás nagyon jól fel van szerelve, otthonos a hangulata. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, máskor is megszállnék itt.

A leírásban az szerepel, hogy 2 fürdőszoba van, ami igaz is, mindkét hálószobából nyílik 1-1 zuhanyzós fürdőszoba, viszont WC-ből csak 1 van, ami 2 kisgyerekkel és 5 felnőttel néha kicsit kevés volt.
