Nice rural property

This is a nice Gite. We booked for our first couple of days on this trip in France, as we were looking for a rural property to unwind from the journey. It is rural, but well kept and quiet. The restaurant is lovely for dinner, however make a reservation as it is very busy. The host did provide recommendations for other restaurants nearby, when we failed to reserve. The pool was an added bonus.

Nice place for reasonable price.

Quiet location. Gite was very clean. Many nice chateaus in the neighborhood which can be reached by bike easily.

Remote location. The gites terrases are only sunny in the late afternoon. Only French TV channels available.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter!

Unverändert gut so wie schon vor 2 Jahren! Alles bestens, alles da, alles wie beschrieben bzw. wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Trotz des dazugehörigen Haubenlokals ist die Küche der Gite bestens ausgestattet --- aber man sollte die Gastro gleich ums Eck nutzen und sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen! Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich, stets gut gelaunt und hat ein Herz für Tiere. Großartige Umgebung, ideal für Hunde 🐕 und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis, auch kleine Schlösser kann man noch entdecken, wenn man die großen schon kennt ❤️

Das Wetter!!! Leider war es Ende September durchgehend kalt und nass --- fein für die Hunde, aber leider nicht einladend, den (noch beheizten)Pool zu genießen!

Etwas ganz Besonderes

Herrliche Ruhe In ländlicher Einsamkeit!, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, Sehr schmackhaftes Essen und gute Weine im Restaurant, dort sehr freundliches Personal und entspannte Atmosphäre. Viele Schlösser in der Nähe sind gut zu erreichen.Besonders hat uns der Park von Chaumont gefallen. Ein Pool steht auch zur Verfügung.

Die Gites sind rustikal, unterschiedlich komfortabel eingerichtet. Das größere hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt.

L'accueil, la flexibilité, le calme, l'emplacement et les services. Nos enfants ont adoré la piscine, le terrain de tennis et les ânes :)
