Hmmm😐

There is a variety of options from tent and camper places to old and modern mobile homes.

Communication and information was a mess. The staff at reception were uninterested. We left the mobile home much cleaner than we found it.

Would certainly look at using this place again as we pass through the area

We used this property as a one night stop over as e headed further south. After a long drive from Calais, the ease, cleanliness and all round value of this place was exactly what we needed. Comfortable, no nonsense, and the food and drink was good value.

It got the job done. Close to a big supermarket, quiet area.

The €400 security deposit even though I was only staying one night was a painful process to complete, and felt unnecessary. Probably just one rule for all, but for a place that wasn't super clean when I arrived, it put extra pressure to leave it clean when I left. I'd spend up a bit and stay closer to town next time.

Great vibe, shame about the bathroom

The campsite had a great atmosphere. The restaurant was lovely and staff were great. The accomodation would have been fine, if not for the bathroom issues!

The shower and sink leaked. They were fixed with tape that clearly didn't work. After showering we realised the bathroom floor.was soaked. We realised the sink leaked too fast. Also, toilet roll was not provided. I have never stayed at accomodation which did not provide toilet roll, so was not prepared. We also arrived late on bicycles, so couldn't go and buy any. As the shower was also not working... the stay was pretty uncomfortable and gros. We also had to make our own bed.

Likes: Different to the usual. Nice balcony. Location. Dislikes: Very tired, not well equipped. Road noise was distracting. Took some time to access the site as no one was on hand (same on leaving as reception was closed). Poor and confusing communications from the company. Had to make beds up, and duvet was thin and on the small side for the bed.

Clean site and helpful staff in a great castle-touring location!

Good location for exploring the Loire Valley and the staff at the campsite were very helpful. The unit was very clean and had most things that we could need. We were lucky with the weather so being able to sit outside on the terrace was a real benefit especially as the space inside wasn’t very roomy.

Being English we would have missed there being no kettle in the kitchen - luckily we had a camping one with us that we could use instead. Also found the loo very small - literally only just enough room to sit! Only Minor things though as overall very pleased with everything.

Certain MH sont mauvais, certains sont top. Dommage de ne pas avoir de juste milieux.

La réponse clair comme quoi rien n'était ajustable, tout devait passer par booking. Aucun recours possible en cas de problème.

La température dans le MH. La salle de bain non équipée de chauffage. Le chauffage de chambre trop faible pour la température extérieure, le MH tres vétuste, fenêtre avec passage d'air et de jour sur le côté en chambre 2 lit accès PMRN°48, les poêles et casseroles de mauvaise qualité ou HS. Le frigo trop petit. En secondaire la TV, tres mauvaise qualité, et mal orienté. Non réglable.

Second séjour dans ce camping, pratique car à proximité de ma famille, mais c'est le seul atout et je n'y retournerais plus ! Camping DogFriendly, c'est bien mais le bémol est que le chien du camping est toujours en liberté et vient embêter les chiens des campeurs, il rentre dans les parcelles et les terrasses des mobilhome, fait aboyer les chiens. Et quand on va a l'accueil pour le signaler, "c'est la faute de votre chien" !!!! les nôtres sont attachés !!! comme le veux le règlement ! Quand on fait un règlement, on l'applique soit même !!!!

Le manque d'accueil. Ce que j'ai déjà décris précédemment concernant le chien.

Les personnes qui s'occupe du restaurant sont tout a fait sympathique.

Aucune clé dans la boîte à clés, pour pouvoir rentrer dans notre logement alors qu'il était tard, heureusement que le personnel du restaurant a pu nous aider. Jamais personne à la réception, l'unique fois qu'une personne était présente, l'homme en question nous a envoyé nous faire voir, que la clé était bien présente et que nous n'avions qu'à nous présenter quand la réception était ouverte (Nous l'avons bien fait mais la réception était fermé).

Le mobil home pas de ventilateur alors que c’était convenu dans l’annonce mobil home pas entretenu (rouille dans la salle de bain, frigo qui chauffe et ne refroidit pas, pas de bac à glaçons) Le restaurant nous avons était demander si il pouvait nous dépanner de quelque glaçons car nous étions arriver vers 19h30 et la seule réponse que lon a eu c’est non car nous en aurons pas assez pour nos clients même en proposant de payer les glaçons Le personnel inexistant et quand on va à l’accueil très mal reçu, aucun professionnalisme

Le système de caution par une entreprise tierce est totalement scandaleux. Il n’y a aucun état des lieux contradictoire, ni à l’entrée ni au départ. Aucune liste de matériel et accessoires dans l’espace. Il est donc impossible de justifier quoi que ce soit, après le départ. Votre caution est restituée au bon vouloir de la direction, sans justification. Du jamais vu !
