About this house rental
Welcome to our house in Montlouis sur Loire.
Ideally located in the middle of the vineyards, in a quiet area very close to the Loire à Vélo, between Tours and Amboise.
Many activities are possible in our region: visits to castles (Amboise, Chenonceau,...), Touraine aquarium, Clos Lucé,...
As for local products, you will not be disappointed: markets, market gardening and greengrocers.
We live in Montlouis and will be delighted to advise you for your stays with friends or family.
Description of the house:
Very bright single-storey house.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge + freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, nespresso coffee maker and tassimo coffee maker) in which you can have your breakfast thanks to its table + benches. We love to cook so we have tried to equip the kitchen as much as possible and we remain at your disposal if you are missing utensils!
You then access the dining room: table with extensions to accommodate 6/8 people. This space is very pleasant and bright!
The next room is a living room with a sofa bed, it can be used as a bedroom as it is a separate room.
The house has two bedrooms with wardrobes and each a double bed.
A bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and storage space.
And finally a toilet.
A large basement equipped with a washing machine will allow you to easily store your bikes, a cellar will allow you to keep your good bottles of Touraine cool!
Games and books are available on site as well as baby equipment.
An enclosed garden surrounds the house.
You can eat outside and relax (barbecue, deckchairs, table and chairs, parasol,...).
You can park in the garden or outside the house.
Bed linen and towels provided at no extra cost.
We are used to traveling with our two daughters and have tried to equip the house as well as possible, we are at your disposal if needed because we live in Montlouis!
Passenger access:
You have access to the whole house + basement. There is just a small closed room in the basement in which we leave the cleaning/ironing kit between rentals.

We loved staying in this wonderful home in Montlouis-sur-Loire! Everything was clean and in working order, and Pauline included many lovely touches to make it feel like home. I emjoyed cooking dinners in the well-appointed kitchen and our family enjoyed strolling the neighborhood. Very nice stay! Thank you!
