Come enjoy a relaxing getaway in Touraine at this former barn nestled among the vineyards of the Vouvray appellation. It has been tastefully renovated and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The cottage is situated in a quiet area near the village of Vouvray, where you’ll find many shops (bakery, grocery store, etc.), and is just 15 minutes from Tours and Amboise.
From the cottage, enjoy walking and biking trails through the heart of the vineyards.

The property
This beautifully renovated 110 m² house is set in an enclosed garden; you’ll love its atmosphere, its tasteful decor, and the exposed original beams in the bedrooms. You’ll appreciate the style and sophistication of the amenities that set this accommodation for 6 people apart.
On the first floor: a large 50 m² open-concept living area combining kitchen, living room, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso machine) opens onto a spacious living area, perfect for enjoying time together.
The living room is bright and furnished with a large dining table and a large sofa. You can enjoy a fire in the wood-burning stove and watch the smart TV (Netflix, Canal+, etc.). The cottage has a very good fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection.
Toilet with hand sink
Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (140-cm beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet for hanging your clothes on hangers. Each bedroom has a dresser for storing your personal belongings.
Outside, you can park your car and enjoy the enclosed, shaded garden.
Bed linens and towels are provided.

Nice house in the country on the Loire wine route and close to Tours. We had plenty of room and enjoed the fenced garden for our selves and our dog.
