Si mucho.Es muy comodo. Creo que deberíais plantearos instalar aire acondicionado en el apartamento a largo plazo porque sería un servicio más .
Que de los pisos superiores tirarán colillas al patio.Las colillas podrían producir un incendio si prenden en los tiestos que hay o si la gente tiene tendida ropa en el patio con el tendedero que hay en el armario.

Heel sfeervol appartement op een goede locatie . Zeer prettige communicatie met de beheerder .
Ondanks de goede locatie , kan het ‘s nachts wat geluidsoverlast op straat geven . De hal bij binnenkomst is vrij donker , let goed op de trede die zich daar bevindt .
