Fabulous apartment and location.

Fantastic location in the old town, beautifully furnished and equipped, instructions and information were clear and helpful.

The three flights of stairs with bags were a challenge, but worth it for the position and views. It was noisy at night, but fine with earplugs and just a part of being in a popular area.

Beautiful apartment amongst the chimneys in the centre of the old town

The property is very well located in the centre of the old town with bustling bars and restaurants in all directions. Perfect if you want to be in the centre of it all. The property is also well stocked with everything you could need. I was also pleasantly surprised with how responsive the owners were to any queries. Immediate and helpful responses every time.

If you want an early night sleep beware that there is a lot of noise from the street below. So long as you like being part of the nightlife then this isn’t an issue.

A perfect stay in a spotless, well-equipped apartment with thoughtful touches and a great location

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, very well located, and incredibly well furnished and equipped. Everything I could possibly need was there. The hosts were very friendly, and all the information shared in advance was clear and extremely helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. There were also lots of thoughtful touches that made me feel really welcome. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again! Perfect for dog owners, with the nearby Loire riverbanks offering great spots for scenic walks! I will come back!

Hard to find something I did not like. Perhaps a bit noisy in the evening but totally expected due to the fantastic location, close to the lively Place Plumereau!

Great view from the apartment across the roof tops. Well equipped kitchen. A comfortable place to return to after a day’s exploring.

Some noise into the night from the Irish Pub across the street, earplugs however were supplied. No lift to the third floor.

Amazing location in Tours. Beautiful apartment that is very clean. The climb up the stairs wasn’t the easiest with our luggage the first day, but the view from the 3rd floor windows was worth it!

Nos pareció todo excepcional! La calidad del apartamento, la decoración, el mantenimiento y la atencion en cada detalle. La calidad de las sábanas y del colchón. Todo pensado al mínimo detalle!!

Es algo que no tiene que ver con el anfitrión, es el acceso, los restaurantes de la planta baja lo sucios que son tiran grasa en el suelo. La cantidad de escaleras!!

Bruyant !

L'appartement est beau, confortable et bien decoré. Il est également tres bien fourni, essuies, capsules café, bols pour le chien, etc....Indications d'arrivée claires.

Les nuisances sonores ont été en ce qui nous concerne trop importantes, les chambres donnent côté rue, nous n'avons pas pu fermer l'œil, fenêtres et volets fermés. L'immeuble, cage d'escalier notamment, est très vétuste et demande a être rénové et sécurisé incendie. Nous avons changé de logement et perdu 1 nuitée sans compensation.

l'emplacement est en plein centre, dans la zone piétonne, donc idéal pour les commerces et visites. La rue est bruyante car il y a des bars mais l'appartement est bien isolé donc pas de soucis. La déco est soignée et les équipements sont de qualité. Hôte très réactif.

les 3 étages à pieds... mais c'est souvent le cas dans un immeuble ancien(je crois que cela n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce). un lit 160 cm serait mieux que 140cm( si ça passe...). Un grand miroir pour se voir en entier serait un plus.

Très bel appartement où rien ne manque

L’appartement est très beau, extrêmement propre et très joliment décoré. On s’y sent bien et on y circule bien également. La literie est impeccable et le linge de lit beau. Il ne manque strictement rien, ils ont pensé à tout. Nous avons apprécié d’avoir quelque capsules de café ainsi que du café moulu et des filtres et quelques sachets de thé, cela nous a suffit pour nos deux nuits. Le contact est facile avec l’agence et toutes les instructions très claires. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

C’est vrai que l’appartement est très bien situé dans le vieux Tours mais on ne l’a pas forcément apprécié en raison de nombreux marginaux qui traînent dans la rue avec leurs chiens à toute heure du jour et de la nuit.

Un appartement avec tout le confort dont on peut rêver. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous avions tout à disposition. Excellent !

Seul bémol, les nuisances sonores surtout la nuit. Appartement très bien situé en plein centre ville mais au dessus de plusieurs bars. Beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 2h du matin.
