About this house rental
Restored cottage equipped with nine to accommodate 6/8 people for 100 € / night. In RC, a big stay / living room with a super equipped open kitchen.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: presence of a private bathroom (shower, sink, towel dryer and toilet) in each room and a bed 90 and a BZ 120 offering the possibility of additional beds on the landing for the children eventually.

Ideal location in a green area in the Loire Valley Center Region, in the heart of the castles of the Loire and near the Zoo park BEAUVAL (41) 25 Kms and Chenonceau or Amboise 15 minutes, "Clos Lucé", Chenonceaux 12 kms , chaumont sur Loire 9 kms, etc ...
3 hours from Paris by the A10, this cottage is well located between the Loire and Cher rich historical heritage.
The Futuroscope (86-Poitiers) by the A85 motorway is 1 hour to escape as a family during the day ...
Local shops: bread distributor and pastries 2 km in the village and restaurants, bank, post office, medical office and paramedical are 10 minutes:
Montrichard on the banks of the Cher with a very attractive leisure park and the modern aquatic center (indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hamman).
Very functional and pleasant cottage surrounded by a large field in the countryside to enjoy the sunny days. The property is fenced with a motorized gate equipped with an intercom.
For amateurs, a petanque court is at your disposal and a piece of water very pleasant for fishing.
Deckchairs and Plancha are available.
The mandatory cleaning service: 80 €.
Possibility to supply bed linen (20 € / bed) and toilet (5 € / person) on request for this supplement.

This was the perfect location for our 18 day stay in the Loire valley. This cottage was very comfortable, spacious and a serene setting. The kitchen was very well stocked and the home is a rare find with three bedrooms with full in suite bathrooms. Communication was outstanding with Annick. She even brought us fresh farm eggs and made a couple of suggestions for the area like a market nearby. It was a perfect stay!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. Gorgeous location with fields around, big garden. Appreciated that all of the bedrooms had their own en-suite toilet and shower, so perfect for grown-up family staying. Clean and well-kept. Very happy.

The house was lovely, great location and very well equipped. Accommodation was as described on the whole, although there is no hot tub. The host met us on arrival and gave very specific instructions around cleaning and care of the property. Their close oversight of the property and the inspection at the end of the stay did feel a little intrusive and for this reason, despite the high quality of the accommodation and the great location we would not plan to return.
