About this apartment rental
We offer an elegant, generous and luxurious 6-room-apartment of 140 sqm with 2 terraces of over 30 sqm on different levels in the heart of the historical center of Florence and in a wonderful location right next to Piazza della Signoria. Our apartment in a historical palazzo from the 14. century, in which many details, like the floors with the famous red florentine terracotta tiles, have been preserved originally, is situated in an extremely quiet location yet only a few steps to a few minutes by foot away from famous Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, many churches, museums, countless fine restaurants, cafés, bars etc etc. The apartment offers a total of 6 rooms, i.e. a sophisticated living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and, as a special highlight, 2 large romantic and attractively furnished terraces located on different levels of which the vine-entwined upper one offers a magnificent view of the campanile of Palazzo Vecchio and the rooftops of the old town. All 3 bedrooms have comfortable double beds and are furnished tastefully, for an (additional) single person there is a high-quality extra bed and for a baby/small child a high-grade baby bed with soft additional mattress which can be put up in different rooms. 2 completely equipped bathrooms, one of them with bidet and bathtub with shower, the other one with a high-grade shower area, and a very well equipped kitchen provide generously for all guests.
