About this apartment rental
We offer an elegant, generous and luxurious 6-room-apartment of 140 sqm with 2 terraces of over 30 sqm on different levels in the heart of the historical center of Florence and in a wonderful location right next to Piazza della Signoria. Our apartment in a historical palazzo from the 14. century, in which many details, like the floors with the famous red florentine terracotta tiles, have been preserved originally, is situated in an extremely quiet location yet only a few steps to a few minutes by foot away from famous Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, many churches, museums, countless fine restaurants, cafés, bars etc etc. The apartment offers a total of 6 rooms, i.e. a sophisticated living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and, as a special highlight, 2 large romantic and attractively furnished terraces located on different levels of which the vine-entwined upper one offers a magnificent view of the campanile of Palazzo Vecchio and the rooftops of the old town. All 3 bedrooms have comfortable double beds and are furnished tastefully, for an (additional) single person there is a high-quality extra bed and for a baby/small child a high-grade baby bed with soft additional mattress which can be put up in different rooms. 2 completely equipped bathrooms, one of them with bidet and bathtub with shower, the other one with a high-grade shower area, and a very well equipped kitchen provide generously for all guests.

Our stay in this amazing apartment in the center of Florence was just perfect. The spacious apartment is beautifully furnished and offered everything for a relaxing and inspiring time. We took the time to cook a complete dinner one evening and enjoyed having it in the very nice dining room.
Although we booked rather last-minute, everything went quickly and smoothly due to the professional and personal support by Janos from the agency managing the property. On our arrival, we were awaited and shown around by the very friendly and helpful owner as agreed.
We definitely recommend this apartment and hope to visit again.

Sehr schöne , grosszügige , Wohnung in einem historischen Haus, die unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen hat. Wir waren 3 Wochen hier in einer Italienischen Sprachschule gerade um die Ecke. Natale hat uns mit Wein, Blumen ,Früchten empfangen , und uns während unserem Aufenthalt bei Problemen profesionell geholfen.
Einzig der Kontakt mit Janos von der Agentur war mühsam, zeitraubend , uneffizient , und hätte uns fast davon abgehalten dieses Bijoux zu mieten . Wir hätten es bereut ! Gabriele und Piero ,Svitzerland

My husband, sister and Brother-in-¬law and I stayed in this lovely well located apartment while visiting Florence for 5 nights in September. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are very firm but this was not an issue for me. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and the second with a shower. Both were very nice. The living room is large, the furniture has been changes somewhat since the pictures were taken- there are different couches- but it was OK. The Dining room was also large and well appointed but we did not eat in so we didn't use it. The kitchen is small but functional for our breakfasts and pre-dinner snacks. We locked ourselves out the first day when we went to sit on the patio without realizing the front door automatically locks. We had a two hour wait until the owner came to let us in. A suggestion for the owner would be to have an information sheet in the home with all the helpful hints for our stay- Local groceries, restaurants, house quirks and how to use the washer/dryer combo machine. The owner was not available to let us in upon arrival as had been planned and his replacement could not speak English. I would highly recommend this apartment. I would not recommend the property manager, Janos.
The down side to this apartment was working with Janos, the property manager, for our reservation. I have given a complete review of his services under the second apartment we rented in Positano. Homeaway # 2014462
