Avoid if you plan to sleep.

Easy access, good location.

Other guests were too loud, until 5 am. This seems to be an ongoing issue, as there are lots of signs asking for quietness. While a sign is nice, there is no one to keep people accountable. If you are in Namur to party yourself, this is not an issue, but we could not find any sleep from 1 am to 5 am. The light beside the bed did not work. Window did not fully close, but heating was good. Wasteful.

comfortable room close to city center znd railway station

The location is perfect, close to the city center and the railway station. A parking (free on evening and Sunday) is also close and helpful. The area is nice, with plenty of nice places to have ☕ or lunch. checkin and checkout are very easy.

maybe we lack some luck but on Saturday evening but the street was very noisy late at night so falling asleep has been kind of hard. added to that a neighbour smoking joint after joint made our experience a little bit "smelly" from the corridor to the bathroom. we had a room at stair 2, with no elevator, not an issue for us but maybe for someone else.

Perfect location, great for price, big rooms and comfy beds

Location was perfect! very safe secure building and clean rooms. easy self chick in and check out. rooms were a good size and good complimentary coffee - although only 3 coffees for 2 people for 2 nights.

Shower could have been more modern but power and heat was still good and perhaps being from UK trying to work it was confusing. we were bitten at night but cannot put that down to the cleanliness of the place.

Great location, cheap:

The room is not well maintained, various stains on the wall. The staircase leading to the room has a humidity problem with visible mold and the kitchen was extremely dirty.

It was my second time that I've stayed in BED Collège. Smooth check-in, clean rooms, warm and cozy.

There is plenty of super steep stairs to get to the room ;)

Only the location

Not clean Not well signed. Hard to find. Cobwebs and spiders on the walls Dirty place. Dirty linen WiFi code didn’t work Mini fridge didn’t work One window without curtains Fire exit sign was not pointing the right way. Nasty place! Don’t bring your family and kids here!

Clean Room, Shared Facilities, Great Location

Clear and helpful communication before arrival with all the necessary details. The location is central and convenient. The room was nice and clean, and although the bathroom is shared, having a sink in the room was a plus. There are two kitchens available on different floors, and overall, it offers good value for money.

The kitchen could have been cleaner — there was a noticeable layer of dust on the fridge. The hallway also felt a bit unfinished, possibly still a work in progress.

Worst experience during my travel in the past.

Location is not bad. But, maybe, some event till 2:00am made us unable to sleep.

The owner seems me to have no interest in making guests feel happier. Somebody picked up our food bag in fridge in common kitchen, which should have key-lock system. Key of the room was rusty and half broken. Owner forgot to tell us key-box code, so we could not enter the room for a while.

after the stressful check-in, the stay in BED colleague was very pleasant

I had certain problems on the check-in, which were quite unpleasant. However, the staff member appeared within 10 minutes (although I arrived quite late in the evening) and, instead of the room that I'd booked, offered me another much bigger and more comfortable room (for the same price). This was all due to the unpleasant situation I had with the check-in. As the staff was really helping and the room I stayed in was much better and more comfortable than the one I paid for, it wouldn't be fair to give a bad review. The room in which I stayed had a private bathroom and kitchen supplies. It was clean and nice.

The check-in experience was unpleasant, especially since it happened late in the evening. Before the situation was resolved, I was stressed about how to find another booking that late. Luckily, everything was OK at the end. The internet signal was very bad in my part of the building. There was another wifi network, but the staff did not know the password, so I basically didn't have the internet. Luckily, I did not spend much time in the room.

Needs a bit of a maintenance

Not too far from train station and local bars. Checking in very straight forward with codes provided for the doors.

Shower door fell off runner so I had to fix myself,mosquito’s in the room which I had to kill and floor dirty.

Clean room. Quite location.

No lift - no mention of it on the website. Being asked to pay more for a ground floor room. Very steep stairs with where dangerous when the light didn't come on going to the shared bathroom.

Not a place I would recommend

Not a lot! Although the Shower pressure was good although shower cubicle was ridiculously small given the size of the bathroom!

Words can’t express how awful this place is. The area felt unsafe with numerous unsavoury people hanging around and hassling for money. The room was very care worn. Although there was a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine there wasn’t one piece of cutlery, a plate or a mug. I should have been grateful that they had given us 2 paper cups! When the fan was plugged in the tv went off and vice versa. All of the electrical cables would not pass code.

The location is very good. It is in the city center, very near to one of the cathedrals. There are a lot of restaurants near the place. The room I stayed in was okay. It had everything needed. I had a nice view.

The building is old and it has a lot of stairs. The bathroom was on another floor.

Good

Excellent location in the old town. Walking distance (10 mins) from places to eat/drink/shop. Nice old building and very clear email on how to check in and out. The room was quite big and very pleased that a plug on fan was provided. Good value for money for basic accommodation. Very basic tiny kitchen on landing if you need a sink, microwave, cutlery. All fine for what we needed.

People in street were quite loud but this is not the fault of Bed Namur, just something to be aware about. If you are looking for quietness then maybe this is not the location for you. The sofa had some marks on it which could have just been unremovable through wear. Tiny bottles of shampoo/gel provided, would be better and easier to use if were larger, refillable options.

location is absolutely perfect and safe place to store your bicycle in the garden. I had the room in the attic which was really nice. you had to climb 75 steep steps though.

the 75 steps to the kitchen. yes I counted them when I had to go down to get some coffee/tea or food for the fifth time. good work out though… 💪
