The location is perfect, close to the city center and the railway station. A parking (free on evening and Sunday) is also close and helpful. The area is nice, with plenty of nice places to have ☕ or lunch. checkin and checkout are very easy.
maybe we lack some luck but on Saturday evening but the street was very noisy late at night so falling asleep has been kind of hard. added to that a neighbour smoking joint after joint made our experience a little bit "smelly" from the corridor to the bathroom.
we had a room at stair 2, with no elevator, not an issue for us but maybe for someone else.

Location was perfect! very safe secure building and clean rooms. easy self chick in and check out. rooms were a good size and good complimentary coffee - although only 3 coffees for 2 people for 2 nights.
Shower could have been more modern but power and heat was still good and perhaps being from UK trying to work it was confusing. we were bitten at night but cannot put that down to the cleanliness of the place.
