Not recommended until things get fixed

The property has such a great potential, very spacious et great location

The flat was in a neglected state, the cleaning was barely average, could not see through the windows as too dirty and the smell of tobacco was horrendous and distinct upon entry. The sofa was missing bed slats so we ended up sleeping on top of each other. Plugs were broken, one was hanging, a radiator was leaking, could carry on with more

Location, easy to catch all city transportation, house comfort.

Room temperature is little low than have to be. We feld sick after two day and we could not sleep well due room temperature.

Lyon was wonderful but the apartment disappointed and wasn’t value for money.

Toilet flush didn’t work. Bathroom generally tatty and flat needs redecoration. No tea towels, no dish cloth. There were 4 of us and only 3 wine glasses, and 2 coffee capsules!

Great location. Comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated. If you have Netflix account you can get access to it.

Sadly there was no microwave which I would expect in a place that has a full kitchen. Whilst you are traveling and out all day it is handy to heat up some supermarket meals to save money so some meals you just can’t buy as they need a microwave. Besides this it was great

DIFY management un Lyon is not a good choice for you, especially do not stay at the DIFY- Bonheur.

Only the location is easy to catch the train and close to a mall.

The apartment was advertised that there is air conditioning, but there isn't one , false advertising to start. I was told the apartment was renovated a year ago, we tried to cook on the 2nd day of our arrival, the electric breaker went off at 11pm, we couldn't charge our phone, no internet, no lights to shower, or do anything else. The assistant manager replied in the morning and he had to move us to a smaller apartment over the weekend to wait for an electrician to fix the electricity on Monday. We were moved back again on Monday night and the power went off again on Thursday night, even though we didn't cook. We think there is a default of the circuit when they did renovation, but the host doesn't think so and argues with me. We had to pack on Tuesday night to catch the train on Wednesday, there was no power in the apartment, I have tried many times to reach the host and assistant manager for help, no one was answering the phone. We had to contact booking.com to find a solution. The apartment has electricity problem, and the host is very difficult to reach. Be aware if you choose this apartment, I won't suggest it.

J'ai été trompée délibérément sur la prestation

Bon emplacement. Cuisine équipée.

Je m'était renseigné sur la qualité des couchages et on m'avait indiqué un canapé lit neuf. Or il est inutilisable!!!! J'ai du mettre le matelas au sol tellement le sommier est HS. Compte tenu de la petite taille du logement, il n'y avait pas la place pour pouvoir évoluer avec ce matelas au sol. Nous étions là pour 9 nuits pour passer des partiels très importants. C'était très exigu et décevant sur le plan des couchages.

Des améliorations à faire pour conserver la clientèle

le sofa lit n'est pas confortable. Il pourrait y avoir plus de café, sucre et autre, au moins assez pour le séjour. Nous vouloins passer le temps à visiter, non pas à faire des courses pour ce genre de choses. Pas d'effort pour rendre le séjour bien agréable. De moins en moins nous allons faire des réservations de ce genre. Plutôt vers les hôtel pour un service de qualité.
