Gorgeous apartment with lovely surroundings

There is nothing to dislike, the property is lovely and both Bruno and Jeff have created a gorgeous place. Particularly like the veranda and the greenery. Hosts are extremely accommodating, and are more than happy to help. Apartment has everything you need and feels spacious. If you like cats you are in for a treat, there's lots of gorgeous cats in the neighbourhood and living next door. We are thankful to Jeff and Bruno for a wonderful stay.

I wish we could have spent more time there.

Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for a couple. Loved the fact that there was a washing machine. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with excellent local information for tourists. Thank you

Amazing stay, the host Jef was absolutely lovely!

They had so many amenities you don’t usually find in accommodation, they really thought of everything when putting the place together. It was so comfortable and cosy. Everything was extreamly clean and very well prepped.

Not a dislike but the only thing I would say is having a small bin in the bedroom would be helpful for any tissues etc used :)

This is an exceptionally clean and well-appointed unit!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. Bruno and Jef were very attentive and accommodating. It was fun to stay in the Little Prince suite! Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!

Jef was so gracious and helpful. Easy walk to the metro and bus. Loved the beautiful touches in the apartment and the bed was the bed was so comfortable.

Hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. Everything was spotless and worked well.

Easy to pick flaws when so much is perfect. Only comments would be that there were no sharp knifes if we wanted to cook.

Apartment very clean and located near the public transport. Calm and quiet neighborhood. Apartment with nice decor, well equipped and very welcoming staff (Bruno).

The area is not great but well located to go for the visits.

Perfect Lyon Stay

Highly recommended accommodation. The units were very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The host was friendly and helpful. Parking for our car was a bonus. Short walk to the nearest metro station. Would definitely stay here again.

It was great that there was a washer, but wish there was also a dryer. It worked out fine though as I just hung clothes to dry.

Perfect stay

The apartment is exceptional and the welcome and attention we received during our stay from Bruno was superb. From the initial communication to our departure everything was faultless. The location is quiet, but convenient for transportation and services. Bruno recommended a choice of restaurants on our first night and was responsive and helpful to any of our requests. If we were to stay in Lyon again we would definitely choose to stay here.

Like the name says: an urban cocoon

Very comfortable to communicate with Bruno. Very pleasant welcom at arrival. Everything tidy and well equipped. Everything works as promised. Even our request to load our electric car was made possible with an extension cord and worked well. All in all a very pleasant stay in a very niche apartment with very nice hosts. If we come back to Lyon we will certainly come again to this place!

Great, compact, modern, well equipped apartment ideal for 2 people. Very suitable for short stay. Jef and Bruno were charming and helpful hosts. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Good information provided on the local area as well as Lyon.

The small space in the kitchen was fine for a short stay or if you are out for most of the day but would be a bit tight if you were intending to spend much time in the apartment. This was not a problem for us.

Un petit havre de paix, calme, accueillant et pour ma part bien placé car il n'y a pas beaucoup d'hôtel dans ce coin de Lyon.

L'emplacement près du métro Laennec (8 mn à pied), près du TRAM Mermoz Moselle (5 mn à pied) qui se trouve juste en face d'intermarché (facile pour faire quelques courses). Logement dans une impasse donc très calme, très bien isolée grâce aux double vitrage, bien équipé que ce soit en vaisselle ou en électro ménager et carnet d'accueil très bien fait (que ce soit pour des adresses utiles, des quartiers à visiter, des contacts pour hopitaux, des adresses de restaurants dans le quartier ou sur le centre de Lyon). Quant aux propriétaires (Jeff et Bruno), accueil irréprochable, très vive réactivité en cas de contact, Jeff est ... très bavard mais très efficace et très gentil et toujours disponible !

We voelden ons meer dan welkom bij Bruno en Jef. Het is een zeer goed uitgerust appartement in een rustig deel van Lyon. Parkeren kon voor de deur en onze fietsen stonden ook veilig. De metro en tram naar het centrum is dichtbij.

Eigenlijk niets. Misschien jammer dat je niet echt lekker buiten kan zitten.

Het appartement was super leuk! Leuk balkonnetje, gezellig aangekleed, precies wat je nodig hebt. Bruno was ook ontzettend aardig en heel behulpzaam!

Het enige wat ik miste was een vaatdoekje in de keuken en een prullenbakje met afvalzak in de badkamer.

Mon coup de coeur pour les séjours dans le 8eme lyonnais

Adorable studio calme équipé comme à la maison, et proposé par un couple d'hôtes au petit soin. Tous les détails sont pensés pour se sentir comme chez soi, ce qui est recherché quand on séjourne pour des motifs professionnels. Le quartier n'étant pas le plus vivant et étant parfois dépourvu de charme, ce petit ilot de quiétude est le refuge idéal. Literie confortable, serviettes moelleuses, petit coin repas et salon indépendant... Je suis ultra fan de la proposition et du positionnement tarifaire en ligne avec tous les paramètres recherchés.

Rien à redire. Mon chouchou du 8eme pour les séjours de quelques jours. Bruno a même changé le sèche cheveux à ma demande, toutes les remarques sont immédiatement prises en compte. Un bijou je vous dis !
