Clean and nicely designed apartment in a perfect location

Perfectly well designed apartment, nice and clean. Great location (literally max 10 minutes walk to the main train station), private underground parking nearby, fair price. Easy to get the keys, always quick contact with the host!

Not a big issue but projector was broken. Nothing else comes to my mind :)

Beautiful architectural features, gorgeous building, great balcony/decking area. Fab to have linked parking so no parking worries.

very hot - curtains would benefit from being lined with white lining to keep out the sun. otherwise we loved the property - beautiful features, well equipped, lovely and clean.

Wonderful with a small minus

The apartment is beautiful, interiors are well designed, the kitchen inspires to cook.

The second floor with the queen bed for 2 is low, max 1.5 meters and you constantly hit the head.

La situation et le design général

La propreté et le manque d'équipements ainsi que le manque d'essuies (uniquement 2 grands essuies). Ensuite l'accès au couchage le fait qu'il vaut mieux ne pas être trop grand vu la hauteur sous plafond ainsi que la rambarde trop basse

Ruim en smaakvol appartement, vlakbij het station ennop loopafstand van het oude centrum. Alles voorhanden.

Slaapbank beneden is wat krap voor twee.

Superbe appartement

Appartement très mignon et super bien décoré, très lumineux et propre, idéalement situé à 3 minutes à pied de la gare de Guillemins... Une place de parking fermée à seulement 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement est toujours un point positif... Pierre répond toujours rapidement à toutes les questions, la communication est très fluide... Je recommande sans hésiter...

Espectacular

Es un apartament amb terrraça, ample ben cuidat, amb una sala d estar espectacular. La cuina perfecte, molt ben equipada. El llit còmode. Barreja la modernitat amb el vintage. Molt recomanable. La predisposició del Pier, ha estat absoluta, no triga gens a contestar els wssps. 10/10.

Een mooie en ideaal gelegen vakantiewoning

De woning is heel mooi ingericht, de ligging is ideaal, vlakbij het station en niet ver van het centrum, het terras mooi. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en reageert heel snel op vragen etc.

De bedden waren slecht. He bed boven is versleten en ligt door zodat ik elke ochtend met rugpijn wakker werd, de slaapsofa beneden was kapot, was al eens provisorisch gerepareerd en wij moesten ook provisorisch repareren. Beide bedden zijn duidelijk aan vervanging toe! Als de bedden vervangen worden is dit een ideale vakantiewomning met 10 punten!

Het was een erg ruim en schoon appartement op een ideale locatie voor mensen die met de trein reizen.

Appartement werd erg warm, er was wel een airconditioning aanwezig maar die hielp niet heel veel.

Gostei da receptividade do anfitriã que fez questão de nos receber e apresentar o alojamento. Isso faz muita diferença durante a estadia.

A única coisa que incomodou um pouco foi uma obra que estava tendo ao lado muito barulho mas nada tem a ver com o alojamento. O alojamento de excelência!

Jättefin lägenhet med högt i tak. Välstädat och en trevlig lägenhet för en weekend. Tyst område. Bra med mörkläggande gardiner i alla fönster. Bra utrustat kök.

Kallt på golvet. Framför allt i köket så tips är att ta med innetofflor. Bäddsoffan var inte så bekväm.

Appartement de standing très bien situé

Superbe appartement dans une maison de maître, hauts plafonds, grande terrasse avec transat et table pour 6 personnes, décoration de goût. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Proche de la gare des Guillemins et de tous les petits commerces de la rue des Guillemins.
