Perfect for a long weekend stay, which is what we required for the Belgium Grand Prix weekend.

Very clean, secure and comfortable. Great location near to the station. Great communication with owner. Parking in secure car park.

Lounge TV not working upon arrival but quickly fixed by owner. Noise from apartment above late into the night, early morning.

False advertisement/description for the apartment, but location was good

Close to train station

No AC even thought it was advertised as having air conditioning. There was only one small portable and it blew out very hot air when AC mode was turned on. Very warm in the flat. With windows open, there was just too much outside noise.

Great central location, loads of room, all essential utilities provided. Bonus balcony.

Balcony hadn't been cleaned, previous guests cigarette butt and nappies left there.

Really good service, location and value for money

This place is fantastic! Olivier is responsive and helpful. The apartments are really big, which was great for our 2+ week stay. The relationship with the Ibis next door makes everything really easy and friendly with the assurance of 24 hour reception. They also have breakfast which you can pay for and a small bar to hang out.

Exceptional

The appartment is very stylishly furnished, you get the feel of an alpine cottage. Balcony with seats was a nice surprise.

There might be a few more equippment in the kitchen. 2 pots are not really enough for a proper cooking.

A nice apartment in a not so nice area.

I had originally booked this location because it was across from the train station. But I changed and rented a car and never used the train. The apartment was a nice size with 2 bathrooms.

The area is seedy.Lots of vagrants around from the train station. Lieges streets are torn up all over the city and it's a mess. I'd never stay in Lieges again.a

Two bathroom but one separate toilet only that difference from expectation. Recommend booking.com to indicate clearly about no of bathroom and toilet. There's no lock to bedrooms, bathrooms and toilet. Ask the staff and confirm. Cannot accept this point.

Perfect location next to the train station, but the flat is really quiet. You wouldn't be bothered by the sounds of the street. Spacious and comfortable 2 bathrooms Convenient check-in/out at the hotel next door Fast communication with the property manager

Just to inform the owner, I would mention only one minor inconvenience - bathtub plug needs to be tightened, so that water doesn't run out. The stay went really well and nothing to complain about. Beautiful apartment in a wonderful city ❤

The apartment was very nice. Modern design, very spacious, spotless clean, had all the emnities you need when staying in a apartment. The check in process was very easy and smooth. Parking available on the venue. Location is extremely close to the train station, which is very convenient. They are a few nice coffee shops near by.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung für einen Städtetrip nach Lüttich

Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung; WC separat und zusätzlich zwei Badezimmer, eine mit Dusche und die andere mit Badewanne/Duschoption. Helles Interieur, Schlafzimmer kuschelig und mit guten Gardinen zum Abdunkeln. Gut war auch die Möglichkeit den Wohnzimmer-/Essbereich zum „Schlaftrakt“ mittels Tür zu separieren. Bei mehreren Gästen die zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten schlafen gehen wird somit die Bettruhe nicht gestört. Couch nicht ultrabequem aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay.

we hebben ontbeten bij het ibis styles hotel waar we de sleutels ook konden ophalen, dat was heerlijk. De grootte van het appartement was geweldig, goed gelegen, gemakkelijk bereikbaar!

Todo perfecto, apartamentos muy amplios, cálidos y cómodos. La ubicación muy cerca de la estación de tren y de los autobuses que vienen desde el aeropuerto. Facilidad para el check in mediante el hotel Ibis. Supermercados cerca y algunos bares.

Estadia muito confortável.

As acomodações eram muito boas, tudo muito limpo, bonito e espaçoso. A cama era excelente. A cozinha era muito bem equipada. A decoração do apart era muito moderna e bonita.

Tive dificuldade de saber onde deveria receber as chaves. Tive que pegar no Hotel Ibis ao lado. Isso não estava claro. As acomodações estavam muito frias. Levei um bom tempo para descobrir como fazer para acionar o aquecimento.

gute Ferienwohnung am Bahnhof GUILLEMINS

Der Balkon war sehr lieblos. Er ging in einen gewerblichen Innenhof. Dort fand ab 5.30-6 Uhr die Anlieferung des Hotels bzw. div. Gastsstätten und Supermärkte statt. Die Anlieferung (Motoren; Ladegeräusche; Unterhaltung der Mitarbeitenden...) war extrem laut und störend.

Le séjour était agréable.

Les clés étaient récupérées sans difficulté à la réception de l'hôtel Ibis (Voisin).

Les deux premiers jours, aux douches comme aux toilettes, il n'y avait pas de clés pour fermer les portes lorsqu'on était à l'intérieur avec risque de voir quelqu'un d'autre entrer pendant qu'on se soulage. Une solution palliative était trouvée mais c'est point à améliorer selon moi.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Vielleicht gelingt es uns wieder zu kommen! Dies würden wir sehr gerne tun!

Die Lage ist perfekt - am Hauptbahnhof, dennoch in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Man hört keinen Auto- bzw. Bahnverkehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber. Es gibt einmal eine Badewanne und einmal separat eine Dusche. Zusätzlich ist noch ein getrennter WC-Raum vorhanden. Die Tiefgarage ist inklusive. Sehr praktisch! Um die Ecke war ein Laden, wo man sogar am Sonntag alles von frischen Produkten zum Frühstück kaufen kann. Im Falle, wenn man nicht im IBIS-Hotel neben dran frühstücken möchte.

Leider gab es keine Mikrowelle. Ansonsten war alles in der Küche vorhanden. Beim Check-In gab es ein bisschen Kommunikationsprobleme, da die Kollegen im IBIS-Hotel leider kein Deutsch sprachen und ich leider kein Französisch bzw. Englisch kann. Die Gäste aus Deutschland, die Englisch können, hätten das Problem nicht :)
