Our stay review!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus for our group, and the heated bathroom floors added a lovely touch of luxury. The kitchen had everything we needed: plenty of utensils, bowls, and plates, and having fresh towels and on-site facilities made everything so convenient. We also loved the comfortable beds and sofa. Whilst we did not really get a chance to use the balcony, the view was nice and it looks like the perfect spot during warmer weather.

Did not really dislike anything, tv was a bit small, but not really a big problem, still managed to watch and have a good time.

Very safe and clean apartment in a great location

The property was very spacious and we particularly liked the balcony. All the added extras were very convenient and made life easier. The parking garage was also a great feature and we felt very safe in the apartment in unfamiliar surroundings. The apartment benefits from high end fixtures and fittings and we would definitely stay here again.

The only negative thing about the entire apartment was the sofa. It needs replaced as it is very uncomfortable and feels like sitting on a broken park bench.

Die Unterkunft war super für uns geeignet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die Einrichtung, die Größe und die Sauberkeit.

Das Einzige, was ein bisschen gestört hat, war die laute Tram, die wegen des Fußgängerüberwegs direkt unter dem Balkon immer klingeln musste. Das ist aber etwas, womit man rechnen muss, wenn man mitten in der Stadt sein will.

Heel goede locatie, zeer netjes, alles aanwezig wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Leuke kerstmarkt in de winterperiode. Niets op aan te merken, zeker een aanrader. Parkeergarage was ook zeer handig.

Leuk nieuw appartement

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit nieuwe en ruime appartement, ideaal voor twee volwassenen en twee kinderen. Het was schoon en netjes, en de bedden waren zeer comfortabel. Kussens iets te zacht, maar dat is erg persoonlijk. Het was fijn dat de basisvoorzieningen zoals handdoeken, lakens, zeep, koffie/thee, etc. gewoon aanwezig waren. De locatie is perfect, dicht bij het centrum met winkels en supermarkten om de hoek. Een groot pluspunt is de eigen parkeerplaats in de afgesloten garage. Het balkon was ook een aangename verrassing. We hebben genoten van ons ontbijt in de zon, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte.

Geen echte minpunt, wel een mogelijke verbeterpunt. Een bank in de woonkamer met vaste kussens of kussens die iets beter vast zitten, zou absoluut een verschil kunnen maken. Kussen liggen iets te los op de frame.

Impeccable ! Absolument rien à dire tout est parfait

L’établissement est conforme aux photos ! Aucuns détails ne manque à cet appartement. Idéalement situé à quelques pas de Saint Lambert et proche de tout magasins. Nous avons vraiment apprécier notre séjours et nous y reviendront à coup sûr. Merci beaucoup :)

Geräumiges, modernes Appartement in der Innenstadt

Das Appartement ist neu, sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage praktisch. Die Kommunikation war top, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, der Schlüssel war dank ausführlicher Beschreibung leicht zu finden. Uns wurde sogar eine bei der Abreise vergessene Jacke nachgeschickt.

Nieuw, schoon appartement in het centrum incl parkeerplaats

Het is een nieuw appartement. Het was schoon en netjes en bedden liggen prima. Heel fijn dat de basis dingen aanwezig zijn, zoals handdoeken, lakens, zeep, koffie/thee, etc. Het is dichtbij het centrum: winkels en supermarkt zitten om de hoek. Een pluspunt is ook de eigen parkeerplaats in de garage.

De bedbank is al wel aan vervanging toe. De veren voel je in je rug als je gaat liggen. Ook tijdens het zitten voel je de veren en zakt de bank wat door.
