Nice Place

Liked the location, spaciousness, and the facilities provided. Lots of food options nearby, and it is located right behind the Liege Opera House. No noise, no disturbance of any kind - very peaceful.

Hot water didn't work as expected. Once a person took a quick shower, there was no hot water available for the next person. Also, there was no dishwasher tablet. Unfortunately, we had to run the dishwasher with just plain water.

Great apartment

I really love this apartment. It was very clean, neat, and spacious. Great for family vacation. The location is very good. You can easily access everything. We lodged for one week. The host was very helpful and responds quickly to my messages. I asked for an extra big pot, and the cleaning lady brought it in less than 15 minutes. There was this guy who helped us check our airconditioning, i forgot his name. He was very friendly. I will definitely be visiting liege soon because of this apartment.

A gem to come back to.

This apartment was right in the city centre around shops snd public transport, perfect for whether you wish to explore the city centre or venture out. The apartments with spacious, comfortable, clean, felt homely and I didn’t want to leave.

The only thing is that the journey up to the apartment includes a lot of stairs so if you have any heavy bags or suitcases it is a little difficult.

A wonderful place to stay when in Liege

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice design, good location. Many restaurants, bars, shops and monuments around. Well equipped kitchen and pleasant soaps and douche gels. There was a nice folder with useful information, an extrnded version of the letter that hosts send when welcoming.

Chairs, were nice looking as a part of design, but not high for kids to reach the surface of the table.

The aroma at the main entrance is so welcoming. The property is very spacious and clean. Homely, great for family. Looking forward to come again. Cleaners are very friendly and professionals. TV in each of the rooms would be a great.

Nothing much, the only thing I can say is to hoover under the bed. There was a bit of dust. No car parking but if you find a spot in the road is cheaper than the car parks around.

L’emplacement - l’équipement de la cuisine - l’accès avec code - la baignoire - l’accessibilité de la personne à contacter pour tout renseignements.

L’eau chaude c’est stoppé durant la prise d’un bain le soir ce fut rafraîchissant, mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

Goede ligging

De oven was super vuil (zie foto) Keuken in het algemeen heel vuil (vuile glazen, kommen,....) Te weinig servies voor 6 personen De kussens uit de zetel waren vlekken op Wasbak in badkamer beneden kon niet doorlopen. Kuisvrouw komt zomaar binnen deze ochtend (9uur), wij leggen uit dat we vertrekken om 11u30 en dat we nog moesten opruimen. Om 10u30 stond mevrouw daar terug met de boodschap dat ze nu ging beginnen kuisen. We vinden dit een hele rare manier van omgaan met de gasten.

Un grand appartement super bien situé avec un équipement à revoir.

Superbe emplacement au centre piétonnier de Liège, dans une rue un peu isolée et tranquille. Vaste appartement 3D bien agencé avec plusieurs salles d'eau. Le classeur avec les instructions et les bons plans.

Le mobilier doit être remplacé car le canapé n'invite pas à s'y asseoir (plein de tâches de saleté) et la plupart des chaises sont trouées et vite inconfortables. Si vous êtes un peu claustrophobe, sachez que le plafond est bas et que cela manque de luminosité (le vis à vis est très proche ce qui n'incite pas à relever les stores). Enfin, vous pourriez avoir du mal avec une valise car le logement est accessible via une série de 69 marches plutôt étroites.

Très belle découverte après un accès sportif !

Très bien dans son ensemble dans un style épuré. Contacte très agréable avec l'hôte. Lieux propres et de belle dimension. Savon liquide proposé très agréable. Linges de lit et serviettes impeccables. Cuisine très complète avec compléments offerts : huiles, épices, café... Farde d'informations très utiles et complètes. On se sent directement bien dans l'appartement. Gentillesse des dames du service ménage.

Une des 2 chambres trop peu équipée : pas de meubles pour poser un vêtement ni de crochet pour pendre. Pas de poubelle, ni dans la salle de bain de cette chambre. Long chemin entre l'entrée et l'appartement . Il faudrait signaler qu'il y a une cinquantaine de marches à franchir pour atteindre l'appartement.

de locatie was goed en het appartement ruim.

De airco deed het niet goed en dat was heel warm op de bovenste verdieping. Ook konden niet alle ramen open wat heel vervelend was. Verder was het warme water erg snel op en was het lastig douchen boven omdat er geen stang was,

L'appartement est très bien situé, restaurants, bars et magasins à proximité. Proche de la Cathédrale. Les chambres étaient au calme, plus de bruits si utilisation du salon comme chambre. Très confortable, super grand. Magnifique appartement. Facile d'accès. Bien équipé.

Accès sans ascenseur avec de nombreux escaliers, personnellement cela ne me pose aucun problème mais pour des personnes à mobilité réduite, il faut en tenir compte. Parking à proximité (opéra) assez cher. Zones de parkings à 10 minutes à pieds, vers l'Université.
