A localização. Muito verde, a localidade próxima era muito bonita.
Tinha um ar descuidado. A loiça estava com pó e havia muitas teias de aranha pela casa, o ar condicionado não funcionava nem a TV. O exterior da casa estava pouco cuidado, com peças partidas.
