Disappointing stay.

The location was great for visiting Liege and connecting to the train station. The apartment is spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment was on a very busy and noisy street with lots of beggars approaching you for money. The noise from restaurants and bars continued until past midnight and into the early hours. The apartment didn't live up to the photos sadly. It is quite tired with holes in the wooden floor, and dirty marks on the sofa cushions . The kitchen sink was dirty and there were lots of fruit flies. The bathroom sink does not have a plug and could do with some bleach. The bin lid was broken. There was no bathmat, and no hand soap for the sink. There were also no hand towels for the bathroom or kitchen. I think these are really basic requirements and not something you would bring with you for a weekend stay. The lamp next to my bed flickered on and off, and so I could'nt use it. The apartment is very warm and it's too noisy to open windows but there are fans to use. I rang and spoke to the owner on the Saturday to raise all of the above and he was very apologetic and kind. But nothing was rectified before the end of our stay apart from the delivery of dish cloths on the afternoon before we left. We paid a lot of money due to it being Grand Prix weekend and were disappointed.

Comfortable stay in city centre but was noisy.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and well equipped. In the City centre and bars/ shops very close.

Because was in the city centre it was very noisy, especially at night and street noise til 2 am and then street cleaning at 5 am. Would suit party animals. Only fans provided in bedrooms (there was a heatwave). So in usual circumstances this would be enough.

There were no hand towels, only large ones. Toilet paper and soap were limited. Building materials were stacked at the entrance, so at first, we thought the place was still under construction.

Super séjour à Liège.

L'emplacement au centre était sympa pour visiter la ville. Le logement était spacieux et très agréable .

Rideaux pas assez grands et isolation phonique avec l'extérieur à améliorer. Manque de petites cuillères!

Très bien logés, le séjour est a refaire dans le futur.

Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuners! Comme vous nous aviez expliquer, nous avons trouvés une boulangerie pas loin. L'emplacement est idéal au centre ville et facilement d'accès. le confort de l'appart est très bien, dommage qu' il n'y avait pas de connections TV .

Dans le hall du rez de chaussée mis a part des carrelages défectueux, l'accès à l'ascenseur est dangereux, la marche n'est pas signalée par un insert pour marquer la différence de niveau, ce qui fait que je suis tomber avec mon bagage. Par prévention du risque d'accident, nous supposons que vous allez réparer.

Perfecte, centrale ligging. Verhuurder kwam wc-papier brengen toen we meldden dat dit niet aanwezig was.

Vuile vaat in de kasten. Koffietassen met aangekoekte koffie. Glazen waren nat in de kast gezet en plakten aan de kast. Het appartement kan extra liefde gebruiken. Wc-papier en zeep waren niet aanwezig, zoals vermeld in omschrijving.

Leider sehr enttäuschend, gefährlich was Kleinkriminalität angeht und überhaupt nicht erholsam.

Die Unterkunft hatte einen gewissen Charme.

In der Unterkunft findet man keinen ruhigen Schlaf, weil die Straße eine Partymeile ist, bis morgens um 6:00 sind super viele Leite unterwegs, viele betrunken. Es ist extrem laut. Insgesamt war das Haus wie eine Baustelle, viele Kabel, sehr staubig. Die Wohnungstür war nicht ganz in Ordnung und sah aus, als wäre schon mal jemand eingebrochen. Wir haben uns nicht sicher gefühlt. Das Sofa war eklig verdreckt. Nur eine Decke war drüber gelegt, damit man es nicht sieht. Die Dielen waren so kaputt an zwei Stellen, dass man fast einbrach. Nicht familientauglich, weder von der Lage noch von der Ausstattung. Der Gastgeber war leider ohne Bemühen und ohne Einsicht, dass diese Unterkunft nicht Familiengeeignet ist. Das Rotlichtviertel ist direkt nebenan, viele Obdachlose und viel Alkoholismus, Dreck und runtergerockte Menschen.

Prima naar ons zin gehad in dit centraal gelegen ruim en licht appartement!

Grote ruime woonkamer met fijne banken, goed uitgeruste keuken, lekkere bedden, goede douche

Wifi werkte niet, uiteraard gemeld, maar is niet opgelost. Lampjes kapot: naast bed in master bedroom kapot, boven wastafel, gele lampje op bruine kast. Veel lege spijkers aan muur. Buitendeur van gebouw sluit niet echt. Kun je zo open duwen! Afvoer wastafel in badkamer loopt niet goed door.

Bel appartement spacieux et très central, idéal pour un weekend en groupe

- l'emplacement très central, idéal pour sortir et visiter la ville - l'espace - les équipements - la décoration soignée - la serrure par digicode (très pratique quand on sort en groupe)

- le ménage aurait pu être fait plus en profondeur - du savon/shampooing dans la salle de bains aurait été un plus
