Nice, central family friendly spot

Superb location, close to everything at walking distance or easy access through public transport. The beautiful staircase adds some charm to the place.

Although the place has all the basics to stay comfortably, there’s not much attention to detail. Appliances and some furniture are installed hastily and sometimes in a way that are probably not up to safety standards (i.e. the stove is definitely not safe to be used on all four heating spots and the kitchen power outlets are placed right above the heat source of the stove). I was travelling with a kid and a senior and the choice for kitchen cabinet door handles are not accessible at all; they could barely open them - it requires A LOT of strength on a finger to pull the dishwasher or fridge doors, for example. Another example is the hastily (white) paint marks at the staircase. It is a pity that this part of the apartment did not get the treatment it would deserve as it’s so beautiful and brings a lot to the scene of mix of old building and modern comfort. Outside the apartment the common areas are simply not taken care of and there’s a constant foul smell in it - not a major issue but it’s sad to see such a beautiful building not cared for.

Comfortable, spacious two-bedroom apartment, in city centre

Large, comfortable apartment. Excellent location in centre of city. Ideal for long stay.

A number of small maintenance issues need attention: floor of dining/kitchen area is lifting - requires repair; dishwasher cupboard difficult to open; fire alarm not installed - found inside cupboard; batteries in aircon/reverse cycle heater require replacement; burn mark on wall next to oven top.

Lüttich ist immer eine Reise wert, die Lage ist perfekt ansondsten das App. 4 minus

Die Lage war perfekt,direkt neben der kathedrale....die Wohnung war sehr ruhig trotz des Lärms auf den Straßen, perfekte Isolierung der Fenster....Das Badezimmer ist super geräumig und alles ist perfekt, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind auch super...Dass der Wohnteil noch eine Etage (4te) höher lag war nicht so dolle, aber sehr geräumig, großer Eßtisch..... Dusche und Heisswasser in der Küche sind perfekt.

Kein Hinweis dass man am besten in der Tiefgarage von der Kathedrade parken sollte, von dort ist die Wohnung einen Katzensprung entfernt, wir sind kreuz und quer duch Lüttig gefahren, haben es nur durch Zufall gefunden !!! Schon am ersten Tag sind die beiden Beine des Sofas abgebrochen, wir hatten dann eine "Rutsche"....Die Küche war minimal bis gar nicht ausgerüstet...Die Töpfe waren seit ewigen zeiten nicht richtig sauber gemacht worden...Geschirr und Gläser sehr mäßig....Eine Ecke vom Tisch war verbrannt (heissen Topf auf Holz gestellt) ebenso war die Wand neben der Kochfelder verbrannt....Der Kühlschrank ließ sich nur mit einem Austernmesser öffnen....Besteck auch minimal.....Wenn man da mal etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen würde könnte das sehr helfen....So ist es leider sehr sehr negativ.

La cuisine mériterait quelques équipements supplémentaires (grille-pain, vaisselle...). Et le chauffage était très difficile à régler (commentaire uniquement valable par temps froid ...).

Très beau duplex en plein centre

Son emplacement, très près de notre lieu de formation, et en plein centre pour manger le soir, le confort des lits et les équipements (cafetière pour boire un café avant de partir travailler est un petit plus bien agréable) La réactivité et l'écoute de la propriétaire en cas de soucis technique

Alles in allem war es okay 👍🏽 Nix für Familien, aber für Städtereisende perfekt und sauber!

Es gab alles, was man als Städtereisender für einen Kurztrip benötigt, wenn man nicht kochen oder es sich wohnlich machen möchte. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und es war sauber. Auch frieren mussten wir nicht, die Heizung funktionierte tadellos.

Es wirkte alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und etwas Liebe zum Detail wäre gut. Der Boden in der Wohnküche ist an vielen Stellen kaputt und die Kanten der Holzfliesen stehen scharf nach oben, also nix für kleine Kinder. Die Couch ist abgewohnt und sehr schmutzig/ fleckig. Die Rollos waren größtenteils defekt und die Fenster sind von allen Seiten einsichtig, Milchglasfolie wäre gut. Der Club nebenan ist eine Herausforderung, da bis mindestens 6 Uhr früh laute Musik und Bass den Schlaf versüßen, auch während der Weihnachtstage und Feiertage.

L’appartement est extrêmement bien tenu bien décoré placé au cœur de Lieges, je m’y suis retrouvé comme chez moi. Merci de l’accueil et du service de nettoyage impeccable.
