If you stay for vacation is ok, if need for more, then hard NO.

Large living room with a yard, quiet.

The response speed and the attitude of the owner. Gave me some excuses not to offer invoice even when I was clearly mentioned it BEFORE I checked in. I left my info on Booking before checking, and they didn’t reply. After I left I asked for invoice and they told me that I don’t need it. I insisted and then asked me to provide all the info again when I clearly left them on the website. And then they told me it takes 15 woking days to get it, which is ridiculous for business reimbursement, they were trying to make difficult on me. And when we arrived, I found it difficult to find the right door(they didn’t mention even which floor the apartment is), texted the owner and 0 response. Sofa bed was terrible.

The apartment was perfect, everything clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful all the time. The area is close to beautiful and important places in Liège, including the train station, which is very convenient. Perfect place for a family with children or for a couple.

Tout! Le cachet de l’appartement, les moulures au plafond, la douche à l’italienne, la chambre donnant sur le jardin et le calme qui y règne. Cuisine super équipée donnant sur le jardin. Salon ultra cosy.

Prachtig appartement uit 19e eeuw biedt ruimte en comfort, is zeer geschikt om Luik te verkennen.

De locatie was uitstekend; vanuit de woning alles op wandelafstand te bereiken. Het interieur, de afwerking, de keuken het comfort was erg goed. De stad Luik vonden wij een (helaas) onbekend en onbemind pareltje; zeer de moeite waard!

De schuifdeur naar het terras ging heel erg zwaar open en dicht, wellicht te verhelpen met een beetje olie.

Die schönen Räume und die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die tolle Terrasse.

Die Schiebetür zur Terrasse ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und schließen. Das Schlafsofa funktioniert leider nicht mehr so gut. Ansonsten hätte es 10 Punkte gegeben.

L'appartement est très beau, spacieux, bien placé et bien agencé

Ill y a eu une grosse fête au dernier étage, ce qui a été très dérangeant. Le pire, c’est que le canapé-lit était cassé : heureusement que nous n'étions que trois, car la quatrième personne aurait dû dormir par terre. De plus, toutes les canalisations étaient bouchées, ce qui rendait la cuisine et la salle de bain inaccessibles. Le propriétaire s’est montré navré, mais n’a proposé aucune solution. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas apprécié notre séjour. J’ai signalé le problème à Booking. ( Il ne faut pas prévoir un gros véhicule car c'est 3 places dans le sous terrains mais en réalité seulement 2 peuvent rentrer )

Gute Lage, ca. 20 min Fußweg zur Innenstadt, sehr ruhig, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Ein zusätzliches kleines Handtuch für Gesicht und Hände wäre gut.

Wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen von Lüttich

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr schönen und stillvollen Altbau im Erdgeschoss untergebracht und wurde durch eine moderne Erweiterung Richtung Garten ergänzt. Wohn- und Küchenbereich sind eine gelungene Mischung aus alt und neu, und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt eingentlich keine Wünsche offen. Der angrenzende Gartenbereich ist eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt und hat auch einen überdachten Bereich mit Liegen. Eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in einem nahgelegenen Parkhaus hat der Gastgeber unkompliziert organisiert.

Es ist eine Kleinigkeit, aber der neu renovierte Badbereich könnte besser ausgeleuchtet werden.

Parfait ! Beaux espaces aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. Tres agréable d'avoir quelques produits à disposition (café, huile, épices,....) Hôte à l'écoute. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
