Disappointing

Spacious, with restaurants, supermarkets and pubs nearby

The lack of cleaning. We found spiderwebs, a water bottle, hair and coins under the beds. The pipe smell in the bathroom was almost unbreathable. The bathroom is also a bit messy. The staircases to get to the apartment are a bit dangerous since the lights turns off very fast. The property mentioned a hairdryer that wasn't available. Also doesn't mention the lack of towels and toilet paper. I guess the toilet paper left was from the last guest...downstairs there's a very noisy pub. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy, we got followed by some shady people at night. Not recommended to walk around at night if you are a woman.

Disappointing, not a great value.

Well located, easy self check in. Clean-ish.

- 3rd floor, no elevators and very narrow stairs (not indicated in listing), apt is itself also on 2 floors, so expect more stairs. - It is not equipped with fans at all (forget about AC in Europe), the apt was so hot we couldn’t breathe because of the suffocating heat, host didn’t bother to ventilate ahead of our arrival or crack open a window. - Water heater was broken the 2 first days, so we could only take freezing showers. Host reacted fairly quickly and sent someone. - WIFI didn’t work AT ALL for the whole duration of our stay despite numerous messages to host, who seemed to not believe it didn’t work. It was a work trip and a huge inconvenience that generated extra roaming fees for us. - towels are only provided at extra charge, host never provided cost nor said towels. - there are no curtains in the bedrooms, impossible to sleep well, you will wake up with the sun. - there are no mirrors except in the bathroom so be ready for hectic mornings. - Host is not very generous with amenities, don’t expect anything more than strict minimum, we were provided with 2 toilet rolls, no bars of soap or shampoo, no hairdryer, no hand towels, 1 tab for the dishwasher.

Funky little apartment in a nice area.

Location was good. Nice to have a whole apartment. Water pressure was good. Beds were comfortable. Large dining room table to eat or do activities on. Grocery stores are across the street. Lots of restaurants near by. The Meuse river is beautiful for walking along.

63 stairs to climb up to enter the suite! My mom is 82 years old and this was very difficult for her. I struggled carrying our luggage up and down. Then another set inside to get to the bedroom which were also steep. The shower head didn’t spray in the middle of the shower so you had to hold it. The bathroom door handle fell off. The bathroom garbage was too small. There was no dish towel to dry dishes. No dish cloth to wipe the table or counters. There were only a few squares left of paper towel so I had to buy it. No mop in case you spill anything. No instructions on how to watch tv, just streaming.

Stor lägenhet, mysigt och bra läge.

Lite svårt att dela på ett badrum, kunde ha hjälpt om det fanns en spegel med bra ljus på annan plats. Vid ankomsten fungerade inte koden för nyckeln. Ringde det angivna numret men blev otroligt otrevligt bemötta och fick ingen hjälp. Testade sen att skriva via booking och fick då genast hjälp med den rätta koden.

Son emplacement - à 5 minutes a pied de la grande cathédrale, 2 minutes de la Meuse - les commerces en bas de l’immeuble (proxy market) et bar & resto

3e étage sans ascenseur - on le savait 😉- l’arrivée avec le bar à chicha en bas de l’immeuble avec le code secret à taper sur l’interphone pour que la porte s’ouvre comme par magie

Prima locatie voor centrum Luik

De locatie in Luik is prima: brug over en je zit in het centrum. Op zondag markt La Batte.

Derde verdieping: 63 treden(!) en dan nog 16 naar slaapkamers en badkamer. Parkeren in de Rue de la Constitution, maar nooit op vrijdag. Hier en daar wel wat onderhoud nodig.

la propreté désastreuse, mégots sous les lits (cigarette et joints) ainsi que des bouteilles et des verres le tout dans une odeur de tabac horrible, cafetière Senseo inutilisable, tas de poussières sous les meubles etc...
