I liked the fact that the hotel was easily accessible and there was clear and precise information communicated before my arrival date on how to access the key from the box.

I didn't like the fact that there was no iron in the apartments. At least even one left in the communal area to be shared amongst guests would have been nice. Also some extra pillows would have been nice as just having one pillow made my sleep a bit uncomfortable.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location is unbeatable, located on one of the city's main avenues and very close to the historic center. Even though it is on a busy street, the room has excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet inside. The apartment appears recently renovated, was spotlessly clean, and offers a very good price for what you get. The room features a huge, comfortable bed, incredibly powerful air conditioning, and a coffee machine stocked with capsules and tea. Having an elevator in the building was also a great plus.

There were only two minor inconveniences. First, the curtains could not completely be closed, allowing the morning light to wake me up early. Second, the key pickup process is a bit complex since there is no reception desk. However, the detailed instructions sent beforehand made it perfectly manageable to do without any major issues. Overall, it is a highly recommended, modern place to stay in a perfect location!

It appears to be some cheaply renovated apartment divided into smaller rooms for rental purposes. Minor detail: curtains do not properly darken the room. In general the price/quality ratio is not the best if I'm honest
