Apartment is very well set up. Has everything you would want.
Great location, easy to drive into from outside of Liege and yet still near the centre, Very close to a shopping mall that offered lots of food options to eat out. Lots of green spaces only a short walk away to enjoy by the river etc.
Communication is very good with owner.
As a tip you probably want to unload your car while parked on the street, then park in the under ground parking unless you can carry your stuff in 1 trip.
Locating the parking was tricky. It is NOT the same building that you are staying in. We assumed it was the garage door by where we collected the apartment keys and were getting frustrated as to why the code would not work.
Its a different garage further up the street at the office buildings of number 48. Once found is fine and secure with 2 coded garage doors.

Modern apartment
Free parking
Overly complicated and resembles an Escape Room to get into the apartment.
We didn't like being locked out following a walk around town. Code had changed and the owner didn't let us know. Luckily, we could enter using the car lift.
Air con would be good as street noise is loud so it is difficult to sleep with the window open.
