The location is the best thing about this apartment. It's right next to the tram station connecting to the central station. I could recommend it because of this fact alone.

There was no dish soap, so you couldn't do the dishes. The bathroom did not have any hand soap, body wash or shampoo either. When I first arrived, the toilet even lacked seat and a brush, but they did add a seat the following day. There's a nice TV in the room, but the remote was broken, and although the host said they'd fix it, they never did. In summary, it lacks a lot of very cheap but essential things that could be very easily provided by the hosts for the guests to have an easier time. Those with short stays will be surprised to not find the things that they usually expect to be available in the apartment and need to separate some time to go shopping for them. Also, be careful with the shower, because if you open the valve too much you may flood the bathroom.

J’ai apprécié la propreté du logement, sa décoration moderne et son emplacement, qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre de Liège à pied. L’appartement est bien équipé et conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Une fois installés, le séjour s’est déroulé dans de bonnes conditions.

Notre arrivée a été compliquée à cause d’une confusion concernant l’appartement, ce qui nous a fait perdre du temps avant de pouvoir nous installer. L’isolation phonique est insuffisante : le logement donne sur un boulevard très fréquenté et le bruit de la circulation est présent, même la nuit. Il n’y a pas de volets, seulement des rideaux, ce qui laisse entrer beaucoup de lumière dès le lever du jour et peut gêner le sommeil. Enfin, le check-out est fixé à 11 h alors que le check-in n’est possible qu’à partir de 15 h, et malgré le problème rencontré à notre arrivée, aucun départ tardif n’a pu être accordé.
