Eine auf den ersten Blick sehr schöne Wohnung in extrem zentraler Lage. Zwei Toiletten und die geschmackvolle farbliche Ausstattung haben uns sehr gefallen. Viele Fenster sorgen für Helligkeit. Super war auch die Nespresso Kapselmaschine. Insgesamt haben wir uns trotz diverser Mängel recht wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung.

Leider gab es zu viele Mängel in der sonst so schönen Wohnung. Das Geländer nach oben ist gebrochen und wackelt insgesamt. Für Warmwasser mussten wir den Boiler im Treppenhaus suchen. Eins der Waschbecken läuft gar nicht ab, Warmwasser nur an dem zweiten Becken. Für die fehlenden angemahnten Rauchmelder sollte jemand kommen, es kam aber niemand. Es gibt kaum Besteck..z. B. .nur zwei Gabeln. Zum Kochen ist die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Kein Toaster, leider. Die Nächte sind sehr laut selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Leider keine Hinweise wie man evtl.deutsche Programme einschalten könnte.

Location was good but loud at night. Restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby. Beds and dining room chairs were comfortable. New linens and new appliances, although the dishwasher was installed poorly. Clean apartment.

No fan whatsoever during the heat wave, especially on the 2nd and 3rd floors (3rd and 4th in US terms). Three fans would have really helped - 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. We could not sleep with no ventilation whatsoever in 32-38 degree weather. It's inhumane. I had messaged the property manager 4 times to ask if there's a fan and she said she was abroad and couldn't respond, but she hadn't responded to that question when I had messaged her if there's at least a fan in the apartment. We had to stay away from the apartment all day and only come back after 22:00 due to the stifling heat. If you open the windows at night, know that there's music and talking until late at night. It was better Saturday and Sunday nights but the noise was going until 3:30am Friday night. Also, be careful! The staircase to the 3rd floor (where the bedrooms are) is broken! Some of the dishware (spoons, pan) were old and broken or didn't work great.
