External door a bit of a struggle and one day we were locked out by mistake. Another resident has slid a lock across. No supply of dishwasher tablets we could find.

Not amused about Amazing appartement

Die Lage ist gut. Gegenüber vom Botanischen Garten. Läuft man durch, ist man schon fast in der City.

Bei unserer Ankunft zur vereinbarten Zeit traf uns ein Schock: Die Wohnung war in keinem Fall bezugsfertig. Überall fanden sich deutliche Spuren der Vormieter – auf dem Tisch standen Essens- und Getränkereste, die Betten waren benutzt und unbezogen, Handtücher fehlten völlig. Der Kühlschrank war noch voll, unter anderem mit Hühnchenresten, und insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen ungepflegten, unhygienischen Eindruck. Nach einem Anruf beim Vermieter wurde uns ein Reinigungsteam angekündigt, das etwa eineinhalb Stunden später erschien. Währenddessen verließen wir die Unterkunft. Bei unserer Rückkehr war die Wohnung soweit hergerichtet, dass man übernachten und duschen konnte. Allerdings war die Spülmaschine noch voll und nicht eingeschaltet, und die Essensreste, die zuvor auf dem Tisch standen, waren lediglich in den Kühlschrank geräumt worden. Ein großer Fleck auf der Couch verstärkte den unangenehmen Eindruck zusätzlich. Auch wenn uns versichert wurde, dass dieser Zustand nicht dem Normalfall entspreche – unsere Urlaubsstimmung war dahin. Im Bad des Schlafzimmers, das an den Wohnbereich angrenzt, herrscht außerdem ein starker Schimmelgeruch, der die Situation weiter verschlechterte. .

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit minimalen Abstrichen

Wir haben am Tag der Anreise den Code für das Schlüsselfach erhalten. Das klappt super. Die Optik der Wohnung ist toll. Hohe Decken, außergewöhnliche Fenster. 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad. Das ist perfekt. Der Essbereich war gross genug und der Wohnbereich auch und gemütlich dazu. Es lagen frische Handtücher bereit, Toilettenpapier, Föhn war auch da.

Die Bäder Rochen etwas muffelig. Es gibt pro Bett nur eine Bettdecke, das ist für Deutsche Gäste und wenn man als Freunde verweist ungewöhnlich. In meinem Schalfzimmer konnte man die Heizung nicht regulieren, es war sehr warm. Der Garten/Terrasse sind leider nicht einladend gestaltet, es wurde auch kein Laub oder so entfernt.

Gros problème de canalisation avec odeurs désagréables Manque supports de serviette dans les salles de bains "oeuvres d'art" très bas de gamme qui contrastent avec le reste
