I felt like at home for the weekend in Mechelen.

Location was perfect for me as I travelled by train. It is a 10-12 minutes walk from the train station and on the edge of the city centre. Everything you need is within few steps. The room was very comfortable and pleasant.

The stairs up to the room are bit sharp, I'm tall so I had to watch my head not to get too many hits:) But that's not really a big issue.

Wonderful and cosy

I had the room on the top floor and it was absolutely gorgeous! I loved the little details, such as a bag with delicious cookies or the aesthetic decorations. The view was spectacular as the apartment is right next to the river. I also really loved the high ceiling and the bed which is super big and comfy. Probably the cleanest apartment I’ve ever been to. As I arrived at night, I could enter the house via app which was really practical. On the first floor, there is a kitchen which can be used. Big thanks to the owner, Nele, who helped me with everything and who was always available via Whatsapp. I had a wonderful stay.

Great appartement which was very clean, comfortable and with a cozy vibe. And also on a great location with everything you need just around the corner (including a parking garage Lamot). Staff is very fast with replying any questions and super friendly in the communication. Superb.

We were in the night from Friday on Saturday in the apartment 00 on the ground floor, so in the night we could hear some voices / cars from outgoing public. But to be fair, that is not something Alfons can do anything about of course. The consequence of wanting to stay in a city center :)

Mechelen worth a visit

Excellent location. Walking distance to old town restaurants and attractions. Quiet street.

Shower in bath. Tricky getting in and out. Shower not suitable older people. Check in process not so easy/great.

our room was on the ground floor and noisy. We tried shutting the windows and it became extremely stuffy. I think that it would be much better to not stay on the ground floor.

Van alle gemakken voorzien en erg stijlvol en knus ingericht. Bed was top, kortom, zalig verblijf:)

De trap is wel smal , was ff een klim met een grote koffer. Verder was er op straat een hangplek, hopelijk pakt de politie dit gauw op!

De ligging in het centrum van Mechelen, een mooi afgewerkte kamer met een propere badkamer en een goed bed. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden voor een verblijf in de stad Mechelen.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Ich hatte den Raum 002. Er war ganz toll eingerichtet, das Bett war super bequem (es gab genug Kissen), es gab guten Kaffee und ein tolles Badezimmer. Es liegt nah an gute Frühstückscafés und man ist schnell auf dem Marktplatz und in der Einkaufsstraße. Zum Wohlfühlen.

huis Alfons ligt midden in het centrum van Mechelen, met parkeergarage Lamot op loopafstand. Mooi uitzicht over het water en een heel groot bed. Originele inrichting en goede voorzieningen voor koffie en thee, ruimte in de koelkast en mogelijkheid om zelf ontbijt te verzorgen : de Spar is ook op loopafstand.

Superbe appartement très propre. Super bien équipé. Près de la gare de Malines et de son centre ville. Quartier tranquille. Très belle vue sur les canaux. On se sent comme à la maison. Je recommande à tous. Malines est une charmante ville avec beaucoup d'attraits. Une excellente alternative à Bruxelles qui est situé à environ 20 minutes en train.

Dejligt og rummeligt værelse, både roligt og centralt.

Perfekt beliggenhed, roligt og tæt på alt. Dejligt at ligge i badekarret med udsigt. Meget fint og rent, der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge.

Sengen kunne have været blødere, men det er tit en smagssag.

Ruime, nette kamer met uitzicht over rivier de Dijle. Om de hoek van gezelle cafeetjes en winkels zonder er last van te hebben.

Vloer kraakt wel een beetje, maar dat hoort bij het bouwjaar van het huis.

Alojamiento cómodo y con mucho encanto

Es un alojamiento muy cómodo, con mucho encanto y personalidad. Situado en el centro de Malinas, en una calle muy tranquila con vistas al rio. Hay un parking a dos minutos. La cama es muy cómoda, con ropa de cama y toallas muy buenas. Poder disponer de pequeña cocina compartida y también cafetera y kettle en la habitación para hacer allí mismo tu desayuno resulta muy práctico. Teníamos unas galletas deliciosas de cortesía. Tienen algunos productos a muy buen precio ( vino, cerveza, zumos...) Estaba muy limpio todo, y el baño es bonito y cómodo. Pudimos dejar el equipaje después del check-out para dar otra vuelta por la ciudad. Nos encantó la experiencia

TRES SATISFAITE DE MON SEJOUR

Très beau logement le long de la rivière. A deux pas de la place centrale. Donc loin de l'agitation. Accès très facile par le train. J'ai pu déposer mon bagage en fin de matinée, ce qui est un gros plus. Accueil très agréable. Très satisfaite de mon séjour. Et la ville, à taille humaine, a beaucoup de charme.

Werkelijk geweldig

De locatie was geweldig, de inrichting schitterend verzorgd, prachtig vormgegeven, comfortabel. De ontvangst kei handig geregeld met een app waarmee je de deur kon openen, ideaal dat ik kon aankomen wanneer ik wou. Super vriendelijk contact, snelle reacties Werkelijk aan alle details gedacht, dat valt echt op. Heerlijk bed trouwens ook met goede variëteit aan kussens, zalige verse koekjes Zo kan ik nog wel doorgaan maar ik denk dat je het wel snapt icm de 10 die ik heb gegeven 😉

zelden zo'n bewonderenswaardig mooi huis en interieur gezien op een toplocatie waarbij alle aandacht ging naar het comfort van de gasten. pure verwennerij, perfect bed en zalige douche, mensen met smaak!
