I enjoyed my brief stay at EU B&B. The host was very kind, and explained everything to me, and the room was nice and clean, and in a safe neighbourhood. For the usual price in Brussels, this was quite a steal.
I didn't book breakfast in advance and they couldn't accommodate me, which was my own fault really.
I had a room at -1, so the toilet smelled sometimes, and the window was a view to the outside which was a bit creepy. But other than that, excellent stay.

The room was cozy, and the beds were very comfortable.
The Wifi was fast enough.
The public transport connections were closed.
The bathroom needs renovation.
The location is far from the city center.
There are not many open cafés or restaurants nearby.

The room was nice and warm.
The toilet smelled really bad and when I asked if they could something about it, they didn't even check and basically told me to get lost.
