The space was very very clean, the host was super sweet, and the location was perfect for us!
The window does let it quite a bit of sound if there are people on the street, but it is a pretty quiet neighborhood.

The room was nice and warm.
The toilet smelled really bad and when I asked if they could something about it, they didn't even check and basically told me to get lost.
