Location, bed and bathroom, parking.

Seating in the lounge was not very comfortable.

Ease of parking and not far from shops and beach

The armchairs and sofa were very low and unsupportive. No instructions on how to operate the electric bathroom radiator. Also, the dishwasher had no instructions and the printed notations on the door were very worn and it was only by trial and error that we got it to work.

Excellent location. Spacious property with a lovely comfortable big bed. Amazing bathroom

Could do with a new sofa as base cushions are very worn and hard.

Location was great, easy access to the main high street, pubs, restaurants etc. Very quiet, lovely walks & good parking.

We couldn't locate the property to start with, had to phone Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages to help us. We had received directions but the property did not seem to have a sign outside indicating Robins Egg as a destination. This was very frustrating after a long drive. Plug in the bathroom jammed and a knife was needed to undo it. This was reported to ACC as well as rickety tables both large & small. Also information about using the towel rail, central heating & cooker would have been appreciated. Don't know about dish washer as not used.
