About this apartment rental
Comfortable studio apartment for 2 persons located in one of the best parts of Split, Spinut area. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a small residential building and it is ideal for reach the city center by foot in less than 5 minutes as well as the park-forrest "Marjan", only few hundred meters far away.
The accommodation has a large main living room with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with stove, fridge, small freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and all other necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom is with shower box and sanitary facilities, including also a washing machine.
Free WI-FI Internet connection, air conditioning/heating, LCD TV with international channels and NETFLIX all available in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed meanwhile smoking is permitted only in the kitchen area, not in the living (bed)room. Airport transfer available for extra cost of 25 € in one direction (price per transfer for 2 persons).

The apartment is located in the quarter of Spinut, one of the best residential areas in Split, less than 5 minutes walking from the historic center of the city. The studio is located on the first floor of a small residential building consisting of only three floors.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small residential building in a green area of Split town, on the foot of the Marjan park and therefore the ideal starting point for walking, biking and hiking in the nature. The beaches of the northern part of the Split peninsula are within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment meanwhile the whole area is well equipped with sport facilities (basketball playgrounds, futsal, rent a bike, …) and playgrounds for children. The center of the town is less than 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, approximately 300-400 meters far away.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon to Croatia. We loved our apartment! It was very quaint and well decorated! The space was more than enough for a couple enjoying a trip together. Marina and Vladimir were very accommodating. We were greeted by Marina upon our arrival and had a bottle of wine awaiting us! She gave us a quick run through on the apartment and the local area. We were a short 5min walk from the city walls and the riva. Great location, great hosts, great apartment! Thank you!

Nos ha encantado, esta muy cerca del centro, el apartamento no le falta de nada, tanto en cocina como en dormitorio y esta puesto todo con gusto. Split centro es precioso y en 10 minutos estas andando. Se lo recomiendo a todos.
