Estaba bien ubicado con respecto al centro de Split y el parking está contiguo a la vivienda.
El apartamento es un bajo con poca ventilación, olía a humedad cuando llegamos, la cocina estaba siempre llena de hormigas, la habitación y el baño son muy pequeños. No disponía de cosas básicas como un microondas o una bayeta para limpiar las superficies. El parking está muy bien pero hay que abonarlo en efectivo cuando llegas. Aun siendo un bajo hay que salvar escaleras, no es accesible. Al ser un bajo con humedad, se colaban muchos mosquitos.
