A great central location that is perfect for couples and small families.

A great central location, and super easy access to a Sainsbury's Local for all essentials. A great selection of food and Cafes right across the road from the front door. The flat is all one floor and on the ground level, so no staircase to deal with. A very nice thing that wasn't mentioned much was the lockable garage at the back of the property. This is a small garage, but it could fit my Ford Fiesta Mk V easily. The peace of mind of having your car safe (and out of the sun on hot mornings) is great when you are away from home.

The property only had minor things that could be improved. For example, the main bin outside the front is a little tricky to pull out and empty, and we were also not too sure which of the black bins were for our flat. Another small things is likely out of the owner's control, but the other residents in the upstairs flat were not light on their feet, and occassionally did some shouting that was easily heard. Most of the time this occurred in the late evening when we had gone to bed.

I had excellent accommodation near the Convention Centre and the centre of the town.

The flat was furnished with excellent taste and it was very cosy. It was nice to have bread, butter and milk waiting for you in the fridge, although breakfast was not included. The best thing was to get a ride to the railway station, as I could not get a taxi and it was raining.

There was nothing I did not like.

the property is work for money.

i like the response of property’s care taker. he is very co-operative and supportive. he is came within a 10 minutes after call. Also he is pick-up the call any time and answer. he not only helping us during stay , but he will support after that also. really I appreciated and say thanks for his kindly support.

i like everything in property. we’ll maintain , we’ll organise and all equipped is excellent in condition.

Good week away.

Good location for shops, transport and the centre of Harrogate. We appreciated the welcome pack: bread, butter, biscuits, milk which was a nice touch. Plenty of information about the flat and things to do in the local area was appreciated

The cleanliness of certain areas of the flat could be improved i.e. the bathroom. It needs a general re-furbishment and freshening up. There is a lot of noise from the upstairs flat which would benefit from insulation. The living and dining area was little more than a corridor.

The property was ideal for the holiday that my son and myself gad planned. There was plenty of room and everything you needed was catered for.

Wonderful holiday in a quirky, cosy, clean ground floor flat. Fab location.

The flat was quirky, cosy and well equipped. Lovely outdoor yard with garden furniture, little sun trap. The flat was ideally situated and very close to Harrogate centre. Susan and Andrew were a lovely couple and left a welcome pack which was a nice touch and kind thought.
