Comfortable house in the heart of Harrogate

Location was ideal! The place was very comfortable and it was pleasantly decorated. Loved it! Host was also VERY helpful and communicative.

Great location and everything you need from a home away from home.

The house was comfortable and cosy. I also liked the decor and style of furnishing. Plus there were lovely Christmas touches which we Enjoyed.

It was fine for us but it would be good to let potential visitors know in advance that the main bedroom and bathroom are up a very steep flight of stairs.

A lovely clean, spacious house, and a very hospitable host made our stay just perfect.

The house is actually three double bedrooms, one with ensuite, so two bathrooms. The host could not have done more to make our stay comfortable. Lots of lovely treats awaited us, and she was very helpful regarding parking and an extended check out to make life more comfortable for us. We were staying there to attend a conference, and the house is a very short walk from the conference centre.

The kitchen was very well equipped, though a little snug for more than one person to move around. Otherwise it was great.

The location is fab. Bedrooms, lounge, dining and cute kitchen and garden. All the provisions such as shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste etc in bathrooms and everything you would need in the kitchen. It was perfect. Sally is a wonderful host.

Comfortable stay in well modernised typical terraced house in the centre of town.

Central position near town and station. Roomy dining room and lounge. Big bedrooms, comfortable beds except for the futon in the back bedroom. Fabulous modern suite in the loft conversion. Tiny but well equipped kitchen. Very helpful owner, who left a house book with lots of information., and responded to a few of our queries very promptly.

Car parking permits unavailable, so it was necessary to go to a car park, which wasn't very convenient as the weather was very rainy. The futon in the back bedroom was very low and uncomfortable. Chilly in the house but thermostat not working, so to put central heating on necessitated going down into the cellar to press an over-ride button.
