Gem of a place within walking distance of Harrogate town

Overall a nice stay with some minor cosmetic issues

Perfect location - only a short walk to the town centre. Nice spacious areas. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. A well presented apartment with a lot of thought and effort gone into the property.

No bannister on the stairs to the flat - I travelled with my dad who struggles not having a hand rail to hold when going up and down stairs. The curtains didn’t fit the windows in the main bedroom or the lounge. Strong smell of marijuana from the surrounding properties - this can’t be helped by the property owner but was unpleasant at times. Very small bath towels.

Great value apartment in a central location

Loved our stay here. A spacious, quiet apartment with comfortable beds and a huge lounge. Bonus plus was having the Asda so close, as I was able to park my car there for the duration (via JustPark) which made it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay close to Harrogate town center.

Great location and nice comfortable apartment. Getting keys was easy, plenty of on street parking (need a disk for parking during the week) and only a short distance from town. Great spot for a family of 5.

Lovely holiday place

It was fabulous for our family vacation. Close to town centre, shopping and parks. We came home late after theatre in 5 minutes on taxi. It's next to a big Asda. Also it was good for our elderly mum as no steps from master bedroom to bathroom, but 2 sets of stairs to the flat in case someone with mobility issues wants to rent it. Quiet neighbourhood. zone parking in front of the house available at all times. I loved the bath after a cold day. There was a kitchen oor tp the rear garden, with lovely sunset views from Balcony. it was just the best place we have ever stayed at. Thank you millions for the late check out on day we were leaving. we really appreciate your hospitality!!!!

The apartment was very comfortable, with plenty of space for the three of us. It was also centrally located, just a ten minute walk from the town centre, five minutes from the station, and close to a supermarket. Olivia was a great host and we really appreciated her quick responses.
