Great location with parking. Easy walking distance to city centre. Quite spacious and comfortable beds.
Front door was not very secure.

Excellent location.
Very useful to have two parking spaces. Spacious apartment.
Very clean.
Not as polished as the pictures portray and is in need of modernisation.
Noise from the surrounding flats is loud, I couldn't sleep one night due to the loud snoring coming from one of the apartments.
Tried to contact the host about parking but had no response.

Good location on a nice street close to town.
The apartment was really cold on arrival and took over 5 hours to heat up to a temperature you could take your coat off in. The sofa bed was covered in springs and had no cover for the duvet. Kitchen was cold smelt and had holes and cobwebs in the ceiling. Bathroom smelt of fish and had mould around shower area, shower curtain failing down. Bedrooms were basic and beds were reasonable (not comfy). Carpet throughout was similar to what is used In old people’s homes.
5.0 / 10.0
The apartment is a short walk to the convention centre and was clean. These unfortunately were the only positives.
The front door was glass panelled and had a single lock - for a solo female guest I felt the lock was inadequate.
The apartment needs a complete refurbishment. The carpet throughout is very thin. There are really bad water marks on the kitchen walls and part of the sitting room ceiling plus an awful crack in the wall of the smaller bedroom. One of the ceiling lights in the sitting room flickered constantly. Cutlery served in tray on the work top rather than a drawer. Front of boiler in kitchen was left open. The tea and coffee pots had been used by a previous guest and not cleaned. No tea towel provided. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.
Such a shame as this property could be amazing!

Great communication with regards to checking in, very clear and concise instructions and easy to find. This was a great location for us as we were working at the Convention Centre, the added bonus of a parking space so close to town is worth it's weight in gold. The flat is spacious and nicely presented.

Location was great and private parking
It felt unsafe, it wasn’t clean, mouldy and hard to access bath, no curtains in the bedrooms and missing cutlery and generally a very dated kitchen (even though you would not cook in that kitchen) . The pictures do not show this property in the true light. The last one is not this property but a weatherspoons pub! I hate leaving bad reviews but for the price you’d be better off booking something.

Excellent location on a quiet street. Very large flat with great facilities.
I slept in the front bedroom and when it came light the room was very bright and woke me up. It would benefit from having curtains

Good location, nice and big apartment. Very comfortable. Everything was perfect

Convenient location
Spacious inside. Outlook over garden.
Feeling unsafe- sash windows did not lock so access to bedroom from outside, not happy leaving children to sleep there. Front door did not feel secure. 9 broken lightbulbs, electrics sparked when putting plugs in. Flap on boiler kept falling down. Smoke alarm fitting without smoke alarm attached. Curtain fell off rail in lounge. Blinds broken in bedroom and did not block light- needs proper curtains to aid sleep. Carpet disgusting - child’s feet dirty from walking on carpet. The flat did not smell fresh.
Only soap, no other toiletries as advertised. Towels poor state. Mould in bathroom, carpet around toilet smelt.
Kitchen very basic and felt unhygienic, only a carving knife and large chefs knife for cutting, no scissors or tea spoons. No tea towel for drying up. Crockery dirty in cupboard. Plastic sink bowl had hole in it. ‘Clean now’ message found on cabinets.
Bins overflowing outside and smelt awful.
The photos make the place look nice but do not show the full picture.
We will not return.

Location
Value for money was awful, the place is dirty, broken window latch, lock on front door insecure, no curtains only broken blinds in bedrooms, the place just smells, very dated…needs a lot of work done to it. The pictures don’t look anything like the actual place.

Great location spacious flat
Beds not very comfortable could do with curtains in the first bedroom.
5.0 / 10.0
Spacious, reasonably central. Nice dinner table by large windows overlooking garden and woodland area. Living space comfortable enough...after a few glasses of wine!
Very basic furniture. Tired decor and carpets. Poor lighting. Suggestions: blackout curtains in main bedroom as blinds let too much light in early in the morning. There is lots of space for a king-size bed and more furniture to feel more homely. At present, it feels empty and echoey. Kitchen: well equipped but little touches like a roll of kitchen towel, a dish cloth, a scourer and sachets of coffee would be nice. Living room: side tables needed beside sofa, provide coasters for drinks - i had to fashion thesexwith a dinjng room chair and an upside down plate! Maybe another comfortable chair, and lamps for better lighting in the evening. Sofa bed only really suitable for young children up to 12. Bathroom: add a couple of shelves - nowhere to place toiletries near sink, better decor. Cheap worn carpets and woodchip throughout apartment gives it a very dated '80s feel, which was 40 years ago! Two lights out of four working in hallway, add Yale lock to provide more security as it doesn't feel that secure with just the mortise lock.
Overall, I was disappointed with this property for the money I paid and was glad I was only staying for one night. I would not recommend it and would advise people to book the Premier Inn over the road instead and save themselves around £100.
I provide this feedback to be constructive as this place has the potential to be lovely with a bit of investment on improvements such as those suggested above.

Dated decor
WiFi not strong enough for a smart tv

Easy instructions to follow regarding key collection, heating and Wifi. Excellent location and free parking. Clean property. Host very responsive and accommodated us for a late check out. Comfortable kitchen facilities except for freezer.
Very limited freezing capacity, there were 2 mini fridges, with very small freezer compartments, and one compartment was completely frozen over, so we only had a very tiny frozen compartment although had a lot of frozen food. Toiletries very limited in the bathroom.

The location is excellent for central Harrogate and the area around. The accommodation is spacious.
The accommodation is basic. We visited during a cold spell and the accommodation was chilly with the boiler on a timer.

Location was super handy and off street parking at the front of the property - pricing seemed good at the time of booking.
The whole flat smells of stale smoke and when mentioning this to the hosts no reply was made as to this. This should be mentioned when booking as it clearly states it’s a non smoking flat - one of our colleagues in particular struggled with this due to her asthma and it made our clothing smell for the next day of work. The carpets could be changed to hard flooring to help with this. I’m not sure if it’s usually a student rental during term time etc however this is the feel the flat gave. The sofa bed had no prepped bedding even though we had stayed clearly there were 6 guests staying when we booked (luckily only 4 of us attended). The sofa bed design is uncomfy due to you laying partly on a piece of wood when folded out and the fresh sheets we found in the main cupboard although washed had aged stains on them.

Very good size and all your basic necessities where there
Great location and free parking.
Bathroom didn't have a lock and was carpeted.
Stale smoke smell, as well as food smells from other flats coming in.
General finish of the decor was shabby and needs a good update
Very noisy TV from neighbour until 3am

The flat was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. It was well cited for exploring Harrogate and close to the exhibition centre. It was fine for one night.
It was basically furnished and a few extras would make it more comfortable for a longer stay e g. second bedside table and chair in main bedroom, standard lamp in living room, more crockery. (There are 4 plates and bowls, fine for 2 people but inadequate for 4.)

Property was spacious enough and brilliant location.
The kitchen had no drawers for cutlery.
The tea coffees etc were out of date by months showing lack of interest from host.
The entire property is run down certainly not how it looked online. Massive cracks in walls. Patched up wallpaper, artwork wonky and tacky.
Exposed electrical wiring in shower , not safe!
Exposed electrical box outside , again not safe!
The boiler was about 30 years old and with single glazed wooden windows half of which where smashed or cracked and didnt open or close properly got very cold! The door again is single pain glass, almost looks like an interior door with a cheap lock! Again not safe or adequate!
Cheap sliced up carpet EVERYWHERE, including the bathroom! Which wasnt pictured online... now i know why.
Whilst the property states to sleep 6, 2 doubles and a sofa bed, the enitre layout of the property is wrong, the bedroom is right at the front near the road/ parking area. The lounge only has seating for 4 at the table , so doesnt accomidate 6 for eating. The kitchen wasnt the beat again run down.
Overall this jusy shows a money grabbing host with no interest in cleanliness or maintenance.
The blinds where thick with dirt! The bathroom hadnt been cleaned properly cobwebs all around toilet , and when your charged £55 per stay for cleaning id expect it to be prestine!
I paid £247 PER NIGHT, whilst the location was ideal the place is just not up to standard for that price or such a prestigious place as harrogate!
This was booked for my partnwrs 30th so we could go shopping , dinner and cocktails, so thankfully time spent here was minimal.

Great location, just behind the Harrogate convention centre.
the property was for six-the sofa bed was small and uncomfortable. bed linen for sofa bed was poor. Milk and coffee-offered which we thought great however both were out of date, coffee was like concrete-milk glugged out in a blob.

Toilet didn’t work and fire alarm went off during our stay for no reason. Toilet was sorted promptly.

Location and parking excellent, 2 bedrooms fine, plenty of towels when we found them and bedding for sofa bed and tea, coffee, sugar and some longlife milk provided.
Sofa bed very uncomfortable and did not like the quilt just pushed under not in a bag. It’s for 6 but only 5 mugs! We only found 4 bowls too. Toilet did not flush too well and with 6 could really do with another loo as it’s in with the shower.

Easy to find and access, very quiet and clean
leaky taps in the bathroom and toilet, heating took a bit of trial and error

Location was great. Plenty of space in the house. Access was easy and straightforward.
Unfortunately when we arrived the house was freezing and took sometime to heat up. Decor could do with a freshening up. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there was no duvet provided only two very light blankets.

location, size and spacious, well heated and lots of hot water, good sized bedrooms. good communication from host.
dripping taps, bathroom needs a refit and vents and blinds and sofa need a good clean. sofa bed doesn’t work, no instructions for tv or sofa bed, front door not very secure. not enough hooks or shelves in bathroom and bedrooms.

The location was great with the town centre being only a 10 minute walk. Good size flat
Well, this might take awhile. We stayed for 4 night and couldn’t wait to leave on the 4th. As soon as you entered flat, the smell of smoke made me feel like I was back in the 1980s and got the feeling it is a uni accommodation. Also though-out our whole stay the smell of cannabis coming from the properties below and above was very strong and with my 1 year old daughter, quite worrying.
We bought food to cook for our stay, but the kitchen was not in a satisfactory condition and felt like we couldn’t cook in it, so we bought ready meals instead.
On the last night the other tenants were extremely noisy and were banging on the ceiling/our floor and had the tv really loud between 11 and 12pm.
Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay, tbh after 3 nights we felt like calling our holiday short and leaving early.
