Comfortable and good value for money but could be improved by a few small tweaks

It was central to where we were going and the layout suited us. The beds and bedding were comfortable and it was good value for money.

The kitchen had lots of room for more pots, but they were lacking. There was 7 of us and only 5 mugs, with one being chipped, missed matched pots and cutlery that was marked. Only one small parking space, so it’s good that we weren’t meeting there and coming all separately and unfortunately it was hard to locate. Also we couldn’t find the thermostat to turn the heating down.

The double beds are large, and there are more beds available. All are comfortable. The location is perfect, with a hypermarket on the street behind. 5 minutes walking to Victoria Mall.

Great Modern Flat, ideal for Convention Centre

Clean, comfortable, modern decor, well equipped, great location for 5 min walk to Harrogate Convention Centre, free parking spot, spacious bedrooms, Asda next door had we needed to shop or refuel.

Outdoor sensor light great for accessing property late, but could do with a blackout blind in back bedroom.

Great for a group/ short stay

Basement property - easy to access round the back with lock box. Kitchen area and dining (we didn’t really use during stay) 2 bedroom (1st bedroom 1 single and 1 double bed, 2nd bedroom 2 singles and 1 double bed). Everyone had towel and small shower gel. 1 shared bathroom. Great location right next to an Asda which is handy.

We didn’t find an issue but there’s minimal parking but there street parking just a short walk away

Great location, clean & tidy. Small parking space directly outside. Comfortable beds. Bathroom nice & modern with a good shower.

The kitchen/living area could do with a 2nd sofa for the amount of people the apartment caters for. There were 5 of us and 3 people were always sat on the benches. Also we couldn't find any WiFi details, so if there is any maybe a little sign would be good. Other than that the apartment is perfect, thank-you.

Clean and tidy with all facilities we needed for one night.

Not enough sofa/comfortable sitting space for the amount of people. Outside light came on and off all night for no apparent reason.

Accommodation good. Entry to the property lacking lighting and no safety handrails to the stairs.

Apartment. Facilities adequate.

The steps to the back and front entrance had no handrail and there was no lighting. There were two shallow steps which we couldn't see in the dark and our friend fell. She hit her head and bruised both knees. We had planned to go out for a meal but she was very shaken so ended up not going out. This could put people off staying as this lack of lighting is very dangerous. The settee in the lounge was very low down and there were 4 of us which ended up one sitting on the pouffe and the other on the kitchen bench which wasn't comfortable.

Modern, clean living space with all the mod cons one would need. Lovely location and right near an Asda. Would definitely stay here again.

High specifications on furnishings and beds. Quiet area.

High specification of furnishings and household items. Beds very comfy, full size and comfy pillows. The two bedrooms were spacious and despite there being 7 of us we never felt on top of each other. Cleaning items for the sink area provided which were useful. Lots of wall sockets ideal for charging phones as we were going to be out all day Saturday. Advised the day before of key lock box code which was useful and very thoughtful. Automatic outside light a good safety touch.

Parking is an issue. There is only one space so two of our cars had to be parked on a car park down the road which required payment. The space is also quite tight and sometimes no space to turn around. The outside area didn't have any seats to sit at or a table. A very steep drop from the side of the steps could do with being fenced off.

No Comment - we are unable to comment as we were moved to a different property without been told until I called the day before having not received any check in details! Still awaiting the refund in difference of price between the two properties and the parking we had to pay for unexpectedly as the property we were moved to had no parking, furious!

Couldn’t get in on arrival and messages not answered so had to call to be told the key was at a different entrance to the one that comes up on Google maps (Call was answered immediately though). Couple of useful items missing - sieve and kitchen towel.

Great modern accommodation at a great location in Harrogate.

Great location, very modern and clean interior. The decor was lovely and made the stay feel very luxurious. The beds were very comfortable. The central heating was very effective and got the accommodation warm and comfortable very quickly. Overall it was spotless (note the shower). That shower gel was provided was a pleasant surprise. Everything worked, beds were very comfortable and the property was very quiet. Handy location for town and the local (ASDA) supermarket. We would definitely use this place again.

Would be nice to have a tea towel provided. Would be good to make clearer that the parking space is round the back of the property. I didn't know this and had to call to check. That said, the staff on the call were very helpful and confirmed this. The living area wod benefit from a larger sofa (it's crying out for an L shaped one in the corner!) as the rest of the seating is at the dining table. The grouting in the shower was a little stained and would have benefitted from a clean.

Perfect base to explore Harrogate from.

Fabulous property, brilliant location and so close to the town centre. Loads of space for 3 of us, and immaculately clean with comfy beds and lots of clean towels. Perfect, would stay here again. Made a great base to explore from. So close to Asda as well for snacks.

Not a dislike but just a tip for anyone else visiting. If driving make sure you go right down to the very end of the lane behind the property to park (opposite Asda). The lockbox with the key is also round the back too.

We were attending a convention at the Harrogate Convention Centre, this was a perfect spot for us to stay between our days. Comfortable beds, hot shower, clean and tidy. Even has ice in the freezer

It would have been better if we'd have had a more exact understanding of the location and the parking situation.
