Second visit to Harrogate and second stay at the Cheltenham. Fab location and all the facilities you could require for a short stay 😊

The location was exactly what we needed. Great size property. Strong WiFi and able to use Netflix on the TV’s.
Parts were unclean - kitchen utensils and facilities needed to be cleaned before we used it while some pots and pans couldn’t be used at all because of the dirt. Other parts of the property felt unkept- wall paper coming off the wall in several parts of the property ( bedroom and living room) Stains on the bedroom floor carpet
