The location, comfortable beds, high quality bedding, the ease of coming and going (ability to park in front of room) and friendly and accommodating staff. For my purpose, a motel style worked great since I was traveling with a bicycle. An excellent value that met my needs of just needing a good nights sleep.

Quiet and conveniently located to university. Bed very comfortable.
Room had a musty smell. Very outdated. In need of new paint and flooring throughout room and bathroom. Mold in shower corners looked like it was caulked over. Did not use shower.
Coffee pot did not work, kept shutting off.
