location close to campus was the only bonus, no hot water and no remedy for it

The location is great, we were going to West College Corner IN. for a blues show on a Saturday night.

The water did not get hot for a shower or cold to have coffee for the coffee maker in all 3 rooms we had. The toilet seats in all 3 rooms were loose. The rooms were way to bright at night .

Everything else. For the price you pay, it is a dump. Practically no hot water, old, outdated facility that overcharges for rooms. They know they don’t need to do anything because there are not enough hotel rooms in the area for amount each weekend that are needed. Try to stay anywhere else if you can.

This hotel was very over priced and with no hot water to shower in it was not a good experience.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

There was NO hot water and they did not offer a discount or anything. Found out later that this happens often. The water was ice cold. A Maintenace guy did come up 30 min later and just checked it and said nope its cold and walked out with no explanation.

Overall it was good and I would try it again. Should be getting better since they are rehabbing it.

They are in the process of remodeling. I believe this will be an excellent location once it is complete. They were attentive to what my needs were. It was clean, the furniture was all new but some issues still include the inability to access drawers or the closet due to the handles not being put together yet.

Accessibility to the new furniture. The handles were on the inside and you were notable to access it. Also the breakfast was not as hot as I would have liked and the drink options were limited.

Awesome Stay

Great customer service, Very accommodating & Exceeded our expectations We stayed at College Inn for 3 nights during our son's swim meet, and we really loved it because it was an ideal location for our purposes . We received great customer service from the owner and his staff. When we couldn't get Uber to take us to the Maimi University Rec Center, the owner dropped what he was doing to drop us off at my son's swim meet. He made our day. I really appreciate that they made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend College Inn to friends and family. If we are ever in Oxford, we'll surely book again.

It took 4 hours to get the room temperature down from 90 degrees to a comfortable 72 degrees.

The breakfast was good, but the sausage at Comfort Inn was tastier.

There was drywall dust EVERYWHERE. Why couldn't your maintenance or housekeeping staff dust and vacuum after sanding the drywall? The room was VERY hot when we checked in. The A/C in our room was completely turned off. It took over 4 hours to get the room temperature from 90 degrees to a comfortable 72 degrees. Why couldn't you turn on the A/C in the room hours before we arrived.

Pool was freezing, Hallways were nasty. The credit card machine kept rejecting my card so I had to go get money from a ATM. Very disappointed with the entire stay. This used to be a very nice hotel.

Breakfast was great and so was the location The lobby was sparkling clean when we walked in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The actual room was clean for the most part but it could have been vacuumed better under the beds as I discovered leftover food from previous guests

For being on the cheaper side it had some pretty good breakfast my only gripe with it is there was no hot water for the breakfast so if i wanted to eat oat meal i would have to use a bottled water
