This hotel is in desperate need of a facelift. While clean, the bathroom had visible mold and mildew around the shower.

Clean room

The room was dirty - mold in the bathroom, raisinettes on the floor - room smelled very musty. The outdoor sitting area had old pizza laying on the ground for multiple days. We were not allowed an early check-in, to the point where we were almost turned again ten minutes prior to check-in time. The pool was not in service due to maintenance but my guess is that they are just too lazy to keep it clean. When we asked about changing our room type, we were told the hotel was fully booked - a quick check online showed that was not the case. The manager did give us a free cot and an apology. It’s an older hotel with potential but the owner/operator just needs to put some time and money into cleaning it up and then find staff that would could maintain it. It was a couple with children in tow that were cleaning the rooms. Very poor - would not recommend and disappointed that Expedia would even have them on their list of options.

Even if I asked for my room to be cleaned every day it hasn’t been cleaned in 4 days !!!! That is disgusting, the room didn’t smell good at all and the receptionist was not welcoming nor helpful at all. I would never stay again there.

Basic hotel. Inflated price for move in weekend. Entire place needs an update. Breakfast was not worth the effort.

Claimed to have a pool, but it was closed. And had been closed for many months.

Swimming pool closed. Rug being clean in assigned room. Bugs in bathroom. Shower/tub filthy

Pro: Room and bed were fine and clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast looked good. Con: Shower valve was not working correctly (center control had no arrows for H/C and had to rotate it several times to shut off water), but water pressure was fine. Emergency Backup lights in stairwells looked like they hadn’t been serviced in a few years (at least based on service decals on the lights.)

DIRTY. FILTHY. HOLE IN THE CELINING. TOILET BOWL BLACK RINGED. WE COULD NOT STAY HERE AND LEFT.

Initially at check-in we were told the pool was closed for maintenance. Then later, was told it was fixed and open. There was a layer of film on top of the water and it was freezing cold. The room itself smelled weird but appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awful. We ended up going out for breakfast. The photos listed on the website are not of the hotel itself.

This is worst hotel we ever stayed in. Floors were dirty throughout the hotel, the pool water had a film on it, wouldn’t recommend any to swim there. The breakfast was sub par. There was someone else’s bra left in closet shelf. The bathrooms were dingy and had stains on towels. No workers to be found ever. We were there for Miami orientation so I didn’t have time to alert staff of basic cleanliness.

Liked almost everything. Breakfast a little on the cheap side, but clean & well presented. Didn't like that website states that pay at facility requires you to pay in the owners' preferred currency - Euro's. Dollars should be acceptable payment, as this IS the USA. Overall, Comfort Inns are usually well kept & dependable.
