Bathroom sink tap handle was broken so no control over water temp. Not one single hook or spot to hang a coat or clothing anywhere in the room. No chair in the room Run down, terrible flooring, shower floor sunken in and disgusting tiles. No space for toiletries to be stored.

Great location to stay in Oxford! have stayed here a few times when visiting our son at Miami University!

Disappointing stay.

Not far from Miami University

Place is falling apart. Sink not connected securely to wall. Tile coming off the wall. Security lock mechanism was easily detached from the wall. No light cancelling curtains with lights on all night outside the room. Staff did not replace coffee pods for 2 night stay. Heating unit did not maintain a steady temperature. Office did not have our reservation even though it was prepaid. Overall, we would happily drive from Hamilton or Cincinnati before staying here again.

Location close to Oxford and Miami University.

Shower was very small and water didn’t drain. Bathroom was kind of dirty and very little space to put your toiletries/etc. door was a jar to the room and felt like it could be opened up easily.

Quiet Stay In Oxford

Friendly greeting, spacious room, basic necessities, and quiet location. I did not spend much time in the room and just needed a place to rest each evening so it met my expectations. There are restaurants and Walmart close by.

Location to Miami University

For the weekend cost of just under $500 we did not have hot water. Only after running shower for 10 minutes was the water a barely tolerable temperature for a quick wash. Almost non existent water pressure to wash hair. Also bathroom door would not close and both the bathroom threshold and entry were broken and/or loose causing a tripping hazard. We had stayed here before but never had this issue.

Had to talk through a Ring door bell.

Lobby or sign in building was locked and had a ring door bell camera. Had to talk to them through a ring camera. Was told to wait outside they will be there in 10 minutes. Gave me time to observe that it was definitely not an inn but a motel. Also gave me an uncomfortable, unsafe feeling about the place since I had to talk through a ring camera. This gave me time to decide to go to another establishment.

Good value and great location

The staff were very nice and accomodating for my very late unexpected arrival. The room was clean and was nice to have a fridge and microwave. Very convenient to Miami University. Good value for the price I paid at the time.

The water in the shower didn't stay hot for too long. I had enough hot water for my shower but if someone was going after me, I think there may have been a problem. The toilet was wobbly as one of the bolts wasn't secure to the floor. More counter space in the bathroom would have been nice.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. I really appreciate the fact that when I called the office to complain about noisey neighbors at 3:00 am, they took care of it right away. Our room was cleaned each day and all towels refreshed.

The room needed another chair, there was just a desk chair. It was my sister and me so one of us had to sit on the bed. Having one chair became a little tricky when we ordered take out food. The bathroom could really use another shelf, there is absolutely no space in which to place traditional bathroom items one travels with. The airconditioner clicked on and off all night waking me up. There wasn't a setting for it to stay on at all times.

Comfortable beds. The room was dark with the blinds closed and the air conditioning worked well.

The only downside is the sink was outside the bathroom. It was loud for the rest of my family when I used the hair dryer.

Convenient location to Miami U.

Location is close to Miami University, there are Walmart and fast food joints nearby if you need to grab something quick during your travel. The beds were clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The check-in process was a breeze given I checked in at 11:30 PM. Parking was easy. I was able to park right in front of my room. There’s a sign that prints “Under new management” which i am guessing it’s a good thing? It was my first time staying there and had no experience with the previous owner. Hardwood vinyl planks on the bedroom floor- a lot better than the typical hotel icky carpet. It’s an older hotel, dont expect perfection. I didn’t get to use the wifi, no comment there.

Hotels can be improved by providing more soap and hair conditioner for guests. There was only one soap bar, shampoo, and lotions provided. The room I stayed in had a longish bathroom shape, the sink on one corner, and the bathtub on the other end of the bathroom. Since only one bar soap provided; I had to move the one bar soap from bathtub to sink in between my stay. I was traveling alone, so i managed this inconvenience. It would have been tricky if more people were with me (i had a 2 double bedroom). The sink can use a hand towel holder. The bathroom can use better cleaning.

Amazing and Super Clean! The staff was wonderful!

New Management was amazing! Very Kind and accommodating! The updated room was spacious and very clean! The beds and pillows were so comfortable we didn’t want to get out of bed! My family will definitely be back!
