Big room, a little cold when we arrived, but everything was fine.

$100 was a good price for the area. It’s a motel, and aside from bathroom sink and bathroom floor the room was very clean and acceptable. Door didn’t seal tight and there was quite a draft coming in on a cold winters night. If Inhad the family with me, we would’ve been in a hotel. But, I was solo and it worked just fine

The shower had mold in the tile basin. The entry door was not properly fitted, sealed and kept in good order. The condition let in wind, dust and noise. The living area had a smell of dust in the air. Sound easily penetrated the door and of course let in the outside temperature.

If you're into roadside cheap motels with bugs, this place is for you. I’ve never left a bad review before, but I feel like I have to for this. I was in Oxford to visit my daughter at Miami University for her sorority "Father's Day weekend" & just about everything locally was booked. I arrived, set my bag down, and sat on the bed. I was already disgusted with the property and room but after only 5 minutes, a big roach scurried past me ON THE BED. I swatted it off with my jacket & took a picture of it on the floor (I WISH I could post a pic here). I grabbed my bag and tried to check out. When I showed the lady the photo, she said, "but that’s an outdoor bug." I told her I was leaving, but she refused to give me a refund even after being there for a total of 15-20 minutes. The bed was still made, I hadn't used the bathroom. I ended up finding a room at the Comfort in just 2 min away. It was a little tired but it was the Taj Mahal as compared to the Oxford Inn but honestly, I would have preferred sleeping in the rental car over staying at this disgusting place. It looks like they tried to renovate the place but a coat of paint and vinyl stick down flooring couldn't hide this very tired, rundown, roadside Motel.

Staff was friendly. Parking great. Hotel was a great value. I would have given all 5's but there were a couple of things with my room that could have made it better. There was no where to hang my clothes and there was no chair in the room to sit in which made it hard to put my shoes on. Other than that it was great.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was actually quieter than I thought it might be being a ground level motel style on a busy road. The owner/receptionist was very welcoming. The bathroom is a little worn out, but overall it was fine for the price.

The door knob to the bathroom was broken and you could only get out if you turned it one direction,and there was 6 spiders in the bathroom,and we got up the next morning after not being able to sleep at all because the ac was broken and i couldnt hardly breath from being stopped up and sweetie getting ip ready to take a shower to find out that there wasnt any hot water at all.Told the manager about it after i stood in the main office for 10 minutes waiting for someone but i had to bet on the counter cause he was asleep in the next room and i told hi. We didnt have any hot water hopeing to get a little bit of a refund but all i got was im sorry.ill never stay there again!!!

Check in was very friendly and quick. However, we did not have hot water and the bathroom was not convenient to get ready in the morning. There was no counter space and the sink was a small pedestal sink. This was not worth the $188/night.

We were I n town for a college orientation so we were only in the room.ling enough to shower & sleep basically. The room was clean, however there was leftover food fron the last guest in the fridge, 2 very soft spots on the floor with cracks in the flooring which created a slight tripping hazard and the bathroom door handle was very loose and hard to open so very easy to get stuck in the bathroom. Other than that the staff qas nice. We needed a bit later of a check out due to orientation running later than our 11 am checkout and they accommodated us with no problem.

Everything in my room was newly renovated. GREAT parking, rare in Oxford & close to Miami U campus. Wonderful owners, micro, coffeemaker, frig, huge TV. COLD A/C, abundant toiletries, HOT water with great water pressure and thick towels. A true find. Book it, you'll be glad you did!

This is an old school motel but for just a place to lay your head it’s perfect. Bed’s were comfy and clean with nice new comforters. Shower was hot with good water pressure and room was very clean. Maybe not for everyone as no closet, just a hanger bar, sink is in bedroom but with closed off shower and toilet-like I said old school. Fridge and microwave in room and large TV. 7 min uber to Oxford town or campus. Also an anytime fitness across the street. Staff were lovely.

Room was really cold and the heater was just the window unit so it would warm up and then stop running.... Then it would start to again. It was really loud too so hard to sleep well. Also there were ants in the bathroom that covered my toothbrush in the middle of the night 😩

The front desk was very responsive to my questions prior to check in. Early check in request was accomodated. The check-innprocess as quick and easy. The room was a nice size. The televion is a little small. And the bathroom is also small. It was an over priced decent motel.
