Nice Hotel, Close to Campus for a college visit with my teenager.

Location was good, walkable to campus, rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. I particularly liked the bottles of water in the room. The breakfast was pretty standard, but good.

There was a bit of hallway noise fairly late (after 10pm). Nothing that went on so long that complaining about it was needed. However the doors close loudly, and conversations from the hallway carry into the rooms. We saw at breakfast that there was at least one sports team from another college staying that night. Also the price at over $200 per night on a standard (no football game, no event) weeknight was a bit high - probably caused by limited hotel options in Oxford.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean-more of a “traditional” decor but it was clean. Location was great-walkable to everything on campus which is why we stayed.

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was much better than expected. Only complaint was the air in the room was very loud. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town.

The noise from the fridge combined with some sort of extremely loud electrical noise (perhaps, the elevator or AC) made it one of the worse hotel stays in our life.
