Really good price, good location clean and tidy

We were at the groundfloor. There is zero soundproof between us and the first floor. We heard every step above us. Not so good for a bedroom.

Great place with unnecessary flaws, still worth it!

Very nice place close to Sölden skiing area. Beautiful master bedroom and common area with kitchen. Everything is new and clean.

Messy management and poor communication with the host. Wrong check-in information (it took us more than hour to get in, host apparently does not pick up international numbers). No instructions in the house, no trash bags, no coffee, no kitchen essentials. Some part of the fee is paid after the stay and has to be wiretransfered (great for international travelers :( ).

Nice house but with some downsides and a major problem

The apartment was ready when we arrived early on Saturday and we were able to move in immediately. Beds and showers are very good, it's a full house and although the location is at the end of the stretched village, it's nice and quiet. Easy to take the bus to the lifts, but also to drive 3 minutes by car. The parking garage is right next to the big lift and free. House is quite new and clean. An online service for daily fresh rolls (delivered outside at 4:00 am) was perfect. Staff was polite, but unfortunately didn't solve the big issue we had despite daily promises.

We had a problem that unfortunately wasn't solved by management. The heating radiators couldn't be switched off in two bedrooms due to missing knob and malfunctioning. Because the heating system is on 24/day and the is no thermostat or switch in the house to shut it off, the bedrooms got unbearably hot. The only way to cool down is to open up windows during the night (at -15 celcius). We reported it on the first day and promised to fix it as well as turn the heating system off during the night. Unfortunately, nothing was done. We repeatedly reported back that it wasn't fixed. the manager stayed polite and told us he would have fixed it the same day, but at the end of our 7 day stay, the problem was still the same and we felt management stayed polite but had no intention to fix it. A few minor downsides of the house: except for one big bedroom and bathroom (only with a bath, no shower), there are three (very) small bedrooms and two very small showers (two persons don't fit at the same time). The kitchen and living room are on the attic which gives a nice view, but in all corners (where dining an living area are) the ceiling is very low, so be prepared to bump your head a few times. Would we stay here again? Certainly not as long as heating hasn't been fixed, but even when so, for the price that we paid (over €5.000), you can find better places.

Huis was ruim en lag perfect.ruime kamers en direct bij skibus en supermarkt. Weg ernaar toe werd goed sneeuwvrij gehouden. Binnen 5 min bij de lift

We betaalden €8500 per week. En dan verwacht je ook dat alles werkt en voldoende aanwezig is. Geen verwarmde Skischoenen rek of sauna. Inventaris heel beperkt. Te weinig bestek en glazen. Luxe inbouw koffiemachine defect, dus filterkoffie. Lampen kapot, kastjes badkamer los en scheef, traphekje kapot, en wifi heel Zwak. Hadden meer bereik op wifi van de buren.

Günstigere Lage in Sölden. Fürs Biken geeignet. Wir würden es wieder machen.

Parkplätze sehr eng, aber machbar. Wartung. Das eine oder andere war etwas locker bis verdreht. (Bsp. Badamatur). Aber ansich alles kein Drama. Schmälert nur den Eindruck.
